I have known Jessica for over two years. Her knowledge base is incredible. I am constantly learning new things from a her, and I still haven’t even tapped all she knows! Jess is great at making everyone feel included and sharing her knowledge with everyone who comes in contact with her.

Practicing with Jessica’s guidance has elevated my practice and helped me to go deeper into my mind body journey. I highly recommend her class to anyone from beginner to advanced. There is something for all levels in her teaching style!

I just completed my first teacher training with Jess, but ever since taking my first class with her I knew, not only did I have so much to learn, but I knew she was one of those once-in-a-lifetime teachers that lives and breathes what she teaches. From asana foundation to lineage & history to anatomy and deep into to "the why" and what's happening inside the body and the spiritual process. She takes her time with every student and one tiny adjustment and/or encouragment can change your entire perspective of any asana. If you have a chance to get to Jess's studio...do it. Her process and teachings are life-altering! And if you're lucky enough to join her in this world we call yoga...you're bound to build strength in ways you never could imagine, learn to work your body efficiently, but most importantly, expand your spiritual horizon as I have. Thank you, Jess! Can't wait for the next one!

I practice hot Vinyasa, Bikram, and Barkan out on Long Island and was home visiting my parents for the holidays. I took a class this morning with Christine and cannot recommend it highly enough. She led such a great practice and offered many variations for all levels in the room. I can't wait to practice again at the studio when I am back visiting my parents. Thanks Christine!

The training offered by Jess is out of this world! She is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. If anyone is looking for a place to take classes I highly recommend this studio!

I travel a lot, and there's nothing that takes the edge off a long plane ride than the chance to get in a 90 minute Bikram class. The studio is clean, the instructors are great, and they rent towels & mats, and they have nice showers.

My only criticisms - made with affection - are:
1. Check voice mail. No one ever returned my phone calls.
2. Remove "live chat" feature from the website since no one monitors it. It's frustrating.
3. Include information on your website that you have showers, and that you rent mats and towels.

I would have shown up a day earlier had I known about the showers. I was unable to find out you had them until I went to your Facebook page and did a live chat. Facebook?

Thank you for being there. I will be back the next time I'm in New Jersey.

Great studio! Clean, teachers teach from experience and don't just parrot words, and I've always felt welcome and part of a community.
