I really, really appreciate how knowledgeable all of the employees are here. They are able to assist people with all hair types, and give great recommendations. I am learning how to care for my natural hair and the advice I've gotten has been spot on each time I go in looking for something. Love those ladies. Also try SoapBox if you have extremely dry hair like me! The lady with beautiful arm tats and a nose ring is THE BEST!!! I'm sorry Idk her name 💜

I get most or probably all of my hair care and beauty products from this location. A hair dresser told me years ago to always shop at a licensed beauty supply store like Sally's and Ulta because the products are real and not watered down. I stopped using products from the local beauty supply stores and started shopping at Sally's. It dramatically changed the health of my hair. My hair use to feel hard and brittle, now it's soft and way more manageable. A Wal-Mart employee even told me that they pour water into the hair and beauty products to "stretch," them out. I never looked back. Sally's may be a little more pricey but like the old saying goes, you pay for what you get 😉

Hooks helped me pick out developer and hair dye for the hair color I wanted to achieve. She was extremely helpful and professional. Erin was very helpful too. This is my to go to store for cosmetic needs . Although it's a little of a drive its very much worth it!

Hooks and Bridget!!!!! Omg the upbeat personality!!! They were so sweet!!! So full of energy . As a transgender female these ladies showed me nothing but love they embraced me with open arms . Literally sold me things that I didn’t even know I needed 😂 and at a very cheap price . I have not been in this Sally’s and let me just say the personality of these two women were Gold. I had to write a review becuase you don’t get such exceptional service anywhere anymore these days. And this was what I needed thanks ladies you made my day 💋❤❤❤❤❤

Cashier/ manager was so helpful entire time we shopped. Found us everything we asked for with lots of good recommendations and answered our questions quickly and honestly. Helped me look up my old account and offered me promo gift bag for my purchases. Definitely a courteous experience as I'm disabled & can't stand for prolonged periods. Not only was she super patient, proactive and friendly, but didn't mind going back to check for stock if shelves were out of a color product. We look forward to doing more shopping here soon!

Oh my goodness it was awesome!!! Bridget and Kim both listened to exactly what I wanted. I showed them a photo. That I created in an app. They told me exactly how to achieve the look. When they only had one product instead of two. They gave me another to mix with it. They, also gave me a lot of tips. Things I've never would have thought of. They even repeated everything so I could write it down.
