Bought a Rotary 10k lift from SAR in Feb 2017. Installation went perfectly, but after installation the lift would shudder on the way up and down with and without a load. The SAR team was impressive with how diligently they chased down the issue, getting Rotary themselves involved, determining that the problem was with the cylinders, and getting them replaced with new cylinders from Rotary as quickly as possible. Though this was for my home garage Ed Harrell, Derrick and team treated me like I was their biggest customer. The lift has performed flawlessly since. I heartily recommend SAR to you.
