Alan and Molly were so kind and personable during a difficult time that I was going through....there was no hassling or haggling. I would recommend them to my whole family and friends. The cars for sale on his lot are accurately described....no gimmicks and no lemons. Since I came alone and without a car, he drove me to the notary to sign the title....had the car re-washed bc it was a little dusty. The attention to detail, honesty and transparency were amazing....i'd go back here anytime. I drove over an hour to go to this lot, and I will be going back when my children need cars soon. I found Eugenes Auto online while shopping for a used Jeep. I saw they had exactly what i was looking for. I happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped in without an appointment or even calling ahead.

Update: temp tag has expired as of 12/4 it’s now 23 days later no tags. I called to get an update about the tags. Was told someone would call me back in 20min a hour and half goes by no one calls. I called back the guy I spoke was like the lady just called him 5 min before I called back. Car has been parked since tags expired.

In the market for a new car so I stopped at Eugene’s! Best decision, they offered me a great price for the vehicle I have. I have never been somewhere more friendly! I found my car on Car Gurus, when I called Fieed was very friendly and offered to pick me up in the car that I wanted, let me drive the car back to the dealer and the deal was made.

The office staff was great. The lone lady there Molly made interacting fun and easy while working able to text. The loan guy Mike got everything done and affordable and made it easy even with have barely any credit. James had the truck looking brand new even being used. Pete may look intimidating but knowledgeable and helped ease your mind through the the whole process. Was skeptical going in and left a couple hours later with the truck I was looking for. Thanks guys now I have no fears driving this winter.

My experience at Eugene's Auto sales has been satisfying to me in every way possible. The staff was great and very informative.Kobey the finance manager was terrific. So frendly and was very knowable in every way for my car. Pete the owner came all the way to Norristown pa to get me, It was a 45 minute drive. He made me very comfortable in our drive . I would recommend anyone who would like to buy a car to go to Eugene's . My overall experience with Eugene's Auto sales has been a blessing to me.

This is by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Pete and his team were so very very nice & professional. I was worried about my credit but the financing manager made me feel at ease as he worked hard to get me approved. I walked out with the car that I wanted and am so pleased! Everyone at Eugen’s auto sales and repairs were phenomenal. We bought our daughter’s first car from there and they were patient with us, answered all our questions, did not rush us and we found the car we were looking for and it was priced at a rate that was suitable for us and for the staff at Eugen. We took our car to get a full diagnostic to make sure everything was fine and there were a couple major issues, but they are honoring those fixes and will be doing them under them under the warranty that came with the sale. We’re excited and our baby girl is excited!! If we ever need another used car, Eugen’s will be the first on the list to visit!! They also have a good selection on vehicles also! Luckily we were there for our daughter because I was definitely eyeing a car that I saw that I would look very nice in. ☺
