I left a voicemail that Jim answered in a timely manner. He was extremely cooperative and accommodating. He was able to help me with a used car purchase by the next day. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend using him for any service he can provide.

Jim and Jason are fantastic mechanics. Jim explained all of the work done to my vehicle to the smallest detail and did excellent work. I assumed I would need new brake pads and rotors, and told them I would be fine with replacements if needed, but my car ended up not needing them. Where another mechanic could easily have charged the extra $350+ of work and I wouldn't have known one way or another, Jim explained simply that they don't do what doesn't need to be done. Honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable -- I can't recommend them more.
