I don’t know who is hiring or training these Baristas but you are choosing WONDERFUL people! They are always so kind and like to chat when they have time. They have always gotten my order right every single time and I come in a couple times a week. They also make my customized drink perfectly every time too! And if/when the day comes where it’s not right (cuz we are all human) I know they will not make me feel bad when I kindly let them know, unlike other locations have done. And I’m sure they will be more than happy to fix it cuz that’s type of people who work here. I will drive past other Starbucks locations to come to this one.

I stopped by to grab a couple drinks in the morning. When I got there only about 5 people were in the store. I placed my order then a line formed thru the drive thru and a bunch of Mobile App people came in all at once. This stalled my order and the original 5 but everyone but one guy waited patiently. I watched in amazement as the five employees worked in synchronization and speed as they juggled grabbing supplies, customer interactions, and filling orders. I'm not sure Mobile apps are helping our world but these employees deserved to be appreciated for handling it all so well.

I stopped in Bend, OR after traveling. Our order taker and barista, Jared, was wonderful! He introduced himself to us before taking our order, recommended an alternative drink when the store was out of peppermint, and was very pleasant. We listened as he interacted with other customers and his wonderful service shone through with each new order. My boyfriend and I said that we definitely will be going back to this store every time we are in Bend. Jared deserves attention and praise for his wonderful personality and ability to help customers find an alternative. WE LOVE YOU JARED!

Relaxed, friendly on Black Friday. It was fairly busy, but not so much that we couldn't kick back and chat for a moment. Our lattes were both hot and delicious, well made. The pastry case was full and attractive. What more could you want?

Best Starbucks in town, as Larry the manager is well experienced and runs a really good shop. The service in this location is excellant and there is plenty of parking.

This is a popular location, so it can become significantly busy at select times. Enjoy the relaxing lounge area with your favorite beverage and pastry.

This Starbucks has a drive through. The parking lot is often crowded and getting in and out is kind of painful. It's big inside though and has room for large group meetings--including a separate meeting room. And best of all... The dining room is open again so you can sit inside!

My wife and I are frequent customers at this Starbucks location. It's a convenient location for us since we live south of Bend and often pick up a drink after finishing our business in Bend. The baristas are very friendly and the store has lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

I've always received great customer service here. It was nice to be welcomed in a genuinely friendly way when I came in today.

Every coffee shop should have everything going for it like this shop. Thanks go to Larry for training his staff to be exceptional baristas. It's too bad it's awesome sitting area had to be closed down. Nevertheless, this is one tremendous place to get coffee and specialty drinks. Fred Couzens

Love the Double Smoked Bacon breakfast sandwich! This current crew also knows what "extra sweet" means for flavored latte. Can't tell you how many baristas will ask if I want to add sugar! The drive-thru sucks, though, but it's not their fault they don't have enough room in the shopping complex and they're so popular.

Nice location with a drive thru. Staff is friendly and quick. The line moved right along. My drink was made to order. Our dog appreciated the free pupaccino. 🙂

They are only one in a few that have drive thru. Every Starbucks should have a drive thru! Convenience! Anyway, kudos to this place for working as a great team because drive thru tends to get long and slow sometimes. Not pointing fingers at them.

I have visited Starbucks every morning for years and Larry manages this store better than all the other many locations. The dark roast special is always outstanding.
