Kimberly Gipple and the Coastline Realty Team made my first time renting a shore house a wonderful, stress free experience. Great communication and patience while answering all of my questions during the leasing process. The office staff was very welcoming and friendly, I was checked in and given the keys quickly and smoothly. I loved the convenience of the key drop off box. Exceptional people and quality customer service, I highly recommend Coastline Realty and I hope to have the pleasure to use their services again.

Coastline Realty was great to deal with for our Cape May condo rental.The unit was located at Cape Roc condos, a short walk to 2 beach areas. The unit had been nicely updated and was on the first floor near the pool.Coastline was easy to deal with and our agent-Ed Mahaney was very helpful and responsive to any concerns. Thanks for a great stay in Cape May. We will be back and will definitely deal with Coastline Realty again.

We have worked with Carol and Cody in the past, and think very highly of them, so we decided to rent through Coastline for the first time. Desiree and the rest of the office staff were extremely helpful, accessible, and responsive, and made the booking experience fast and easy. Upon reaching our rental, we found that the keys did not work, and even though it was almost 5:00 P.M. on a Friday night, they sent an agent within minutes to give us new keys. We continue to have the utmost respect for the people at Coastline!

I rented a 4 bedroom Cape May home via Coastline and had a wonderful experience! Checkin/out was very simple. We had someone available at anytime to answer questions and they even notified us of local markets/attractions that were open in the off-season. The home was meticulously cleaned and perfectly located near all the shops, the beach, and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Coastline Realty came highly recommended when I started my search for a home to rent. From the first phone call until my departure, I experienced only the most professional and personable customer service! Ami connected me with Holli who is a wonderful asset to this team. I shared what I was looking for in a place to rent and within a couple of hours had several to choose from. By the end of the following day I was awaiting papers to sign. Per usual, my travels were filled with glitches and I know I must have arrived on the coldest night of the year well after dark. Of course I would have difficulty with the lock code and getting in the house, even so, Holli answered my call immediately to assist. Later that night sirens went off, a common occurrence I learned. However for this deep south southern girl it meant a tornado was near. Again, Holli immediately responded to my text that all was well. I can honestly say, Coastline is a one of a kind realty. The outstanding service provided is simply a testament of good business and a passion to help. Working with Coastline and Holli took away all of the anxiety of scrolling and allowed for me to truly enjoy the experience. We recently rented a house in Cape May and Coastline Realty was in charge of the rental. Cody our agent was wonderful! He was very thorough and was always there to answer any questions. Made the lease process very easy as well as the check in and check out process. Would definitely use them again!

This was my first time going through Coastline Reality to rent a home for our vacation in Cape May. As this was a very special occasion, our 25th wedding anniversary, I needed everything to be perfect. Coastline Realty was so helpful with our rental for Memorial Day weekend. This was our first trip to Cape May and it was beautiful. Cody Menz was always very responsive to questions/concerns we had about the property as well as our booking. We made inquiries to check-in to the property earlier and Cody was quick to get a response from the homeowner to make that happen. We got locked out of our property and Cody's co-worker Ed was there in a timely manner to get us back in. We will definitely use Coastline Realty for our next trip to Cape May.

Holly and the team at Coastline have done a great job finding me a place to stay twice in Cape May. They are quick and efficient, provide options and answers in a timely manner, and are local so know all the details of this area beyond the real estate. We recently stayed at 511 Mulberry Road and it was wonderful. We've been coming to Cape May for many years but I must say this was one of my favorite visits. Holly Steger from Coastline was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.
The property was also beautiful, comfortable and well kept. We loved the area and proximity to the beach! The pool was also amazing. The house provides everything!

We have used several different realty companies in Cape May and Coastline is the best. They made the entire process so easy and very efficient. . The key pickup and checkout was done electronically so it was real easy. We are all looking forward to staying at the same unit next year and I'll work with Coastline to get the process underway.

We just completed a two week stay in Cape May. We rented through Coastline Realty and were very pleased with the experience. We live near Phoenix, Arizona so the travel time and drive from the Philadelphia Airport make it difficult to arrive at the office by closing time. However, we called ahead to let them know we were close and the keys as promised were available. There was a little glitch with our linen rental not being delivered to Coastline as promised and the Coastline staff quickly contacted the linen providers to rectify the problem. We will definitely rent through Coastline each time we return. The entire process was a breeze.

We have rented the same house (weekly) in West Cape May through Coastline Realty with Holly Steger for the past 5 years. Holly and Coastline have always been extremely responsive and professional, including helping to quickly resolve any minor issues that came up during our stay. Our family always looks forward to coming back to Cape May every summer.

We loved our rental at 704F Columbia. The unit is perfect for a couple and everything is so well decorated and clean. It has a modern beachy feel and feels very airy and open. The AC works great so you'll be cool and comfortable. We really appreciated the beach tags, the bikes, chairs, and umbrellas. Tai was great and made the entire transaction super easy. Thanks!
