The best experience I have ever had buying a suit. Doing this as a larger gentleman can be embarrassing and tough. This was anything but. Sales associate Alex was quick and professional and took my preferences into account. Clearly a pro, his off the cuff suggestions were perfect and the fitting for a shirt took no time at all. There is no substitute for experience. I will be back to check out everything else they have to offer.

Customer service was excellent. The associate greeted me upon arrival in store and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. An item I wanted was not available in the size needed and it was ordered. I received the item in a matter of just 2-3 days.

I have never shopped at a DXL before and have always used Men's Wearhouse.. The service and expert advice I received from Alex the salesman their was beyond exceptional.. The selection and prices are far better then Men's Wearhouse for Big & Tall dress clothes which is impossible to find these days especially in store.. DXL has a great selection of everything in Big & Tall dress clothes.. If you want great service with a a large selection I highly suggest going to the Somerville location.. Thank you again Alex for taking the time with me and my son on a Sunday.. We will be back soon!!!

This is my place. I get all my clothing here. I stop in, browse and try thing on. It's rare that I don't find something that fits just right, especially being a big guy. If they don't have what you are looking for you can order online and have it shipped to the store. They will also order instore for you.

I was so happy they had everything I needed. I had to try on some clothing to see if it fit for the same day. I had to go to an affair that needed semi-formal clothing and I was able to get all of it at one stop. I'm actually they were my first thought and it proved correct. The sales lady was excellent and extremely helpful. I will be back to the store when I need more clothing and I also got a nice wallet.

I was able to purchase a suit that fit on short notice that will work perfectly. So glad I could also get an extra long tie here as well. Great customer service!

Suzan is the best. I have a shotgun wedding to attend and places like Men's Wearhouse didn't have what I needed. I came in last minute and she thoroughly sat with me and guided me through some shirt sizes. Stellar person and experience I would definitely come back here again

Good Service Did Not Have An Issue.

The staff at this store are much better than other Casual Male stores. They are friendly and attentive without being overbearing or pushy. They find what you need and help you make selections. The clothing is not cheap, but it's good quality and fits well.

I brought my husband's jacket in and the saleswoman asked if she could help me, I told her we needed slacks that match the black jacket. She quickly brought me 2 options, we picked out a tie and we're on our way. In and out in 10 minutes 😁. My kind of shopping !
