JWG Towne Cleaners

I took my wool winter coat that used to be my Mom's to JWG Towne Cleaners. An unfortunate outing at the Met, where a kid sitting behind me threw up on my coat (gross, I know.) I took my coat to numerous other dry cleaners who told me they couldn't get the stain or smell out. The gentleman at JWG Towne Cleaners took my coat, dry cleaned it 4 times, and it looks good as new.
I recently brought the same jacket back where the lining ripped. He cleaned it again, fixed the rip, and fixed another spot that he saw was beginning to tear. His pricing was reasonable as well. Very nice and great service! I will definitely use them for any dry cleaning or repair service I need in the future.

Cleaning and tailoring is good but high prices

I’ve been going this place for years for cleanings... unfortunately due to the language barrier and poor management, I paid $87 to have a bridesmaid dress hemmed and specifically asked for the remains numerous times and they threw them in the trash and couldn’t even speak to me about it.

If you are unable to service your customers, hire someone that can understand English! It was so important to have that hem... thanks for ruining this experience.
