We have been going to Mike's Automotive Service (formerly Harry's Automotive) since 1983. There is no need to ever leave. They are quick, accurate, and fair-priced.

We have been using Mike to maintain our cars for over 25 years and have never has a serious issue with the work done. If a minor problem crops up after a repair Mike takes care of it immediately and does not charge us if the problem was one of his mechanic's fault. His staff is very friendly and they work to make arrangements for appointments as convenient as possible for us.

I can feel and hear an improvement in the performance of my 7-year-old Honda CR-V after the recent maintenance work. Mike is thorough, honest and fair. Mike has been handling our auto repairs for decades.

1st time there and Mike was more than accommodating. He went the extra mile to help me. He was great in not only evaluating my problem, but setting up where to take it next and that it was under warranty, he even made a phone call to the GMC dealer and told them about his findings and that I was on my way there. Wow, I was no only impressed, but thankful. I'll call on him again that's for sure.

Im happy with Mike's Automotive. I've been here for 4 years for my Honda and Toyota. Keeping up with maintenance and repairs can get expensive (15 and 13 year old cars) but I trust Mike's since he's got honest prices for labor and parts. He's running a business and has a few guys working for him. They keep our cars running safely; If they find something unexpected they let you know, and call with the cost and timeline so you know what to expect. He's a pro!

I was a walk-in that was treated well from the beginning from the front desk representative. I explained my a/c issue as best as I could, knowing I needed a professional to diagnose the issue. I was offered a spot in the AM the next day, where I brought the vehicle for them to look at it. Very soon after, I received a text message telling me my car was ready. When I went back, I was given a solid explanation fo the diagnostic testing done, and the remedy to what was the problem. I feel the price was right, but more importantly they were EXTREMELY pleasant and accomodating. That's very important to me, and it ensured that I will be a repeat customer as they made a stranger/new customer feel less anxious about their car problems. Definitely recommend if you are timid about honesty, and professionalism when it comes to automotive repair.
