All the guys were great from start to finish. They answered my call right away and kept in touch regarding when they would be able to come to my house between all the snow and rain we had recently. Responsive and friendly, would recommend.

I have been maintaining my roof for the last decade. Either Adding a coat or doing some patchwork to stave off the inevitable day we would have to fully replace it. I dread roofing and was not looking forward to torching down in the sun.

My next door neighbor needed his roof done and while Fortuna was there, I asked them to take a look at mine. I was previously well aware of my roofs condition and their assessment way spot on. Anyway, I decided to have them do my flat roof. They literally came back to do the job in less then a week, on a holiday, with a full crew and knocked it out in a few hours, best of all, it was a lot cheaper than I was ever expecting.

I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure it really stopped raining in my bathroom. I have been having patch jobs done for the past 10 yrs on my flat south Philly roof, which only temporarily fixed the issues. I finally called Mike one Friday when I was out of town to set up an appointment for an evaluation. Within 20min of hanging up the phone his son had already surveyed the roof. They installed a mineral roof before I even returned home on Monday! The cost was sooo much cheaper than I had expected and the work was top notch. I could KICK myself for not calling years ago. It was easier than ordering a pizza. Thank you so very much for your excellent service !

We had Mike Fortuna out to look at our roof that had a few leaks. He was able to come out quickly and found that our siding was actually the issue. While we didn't end up needing his work, we appreciate his professionalism and honesty!

They were able to get to my house within hours of my call, and accurately diagnosed the cause of the leak. Very professional and honest. Gave me all the options as to how to fix the problem, with pros and cons of each option, including options that would need to be done by non-roofers. They then proceeded to fix the problem in a timely fashion.
