Relax The Back

The entire experience at Relax the Back in Cherry HIll was outstanding. The information and attention provided at the retail store matched the caring and diligence upon delivery. The delivery was done by the same manager and sales associate (Tom and Kiley) who sold me the product which is unusual since much of the time delivery is outsourced . Excellent all the way around!

I had a wonderful experience in the store in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
I received a great deal of information and did not feel any pressure. There were a lot of suggestions and concern about how I could be made more comfortable in a chair, a desk chair, and a recliner. I felt no pressure, just concern, My new recliner was just delivered and the old one removed. Kylie and Tom were helpful and took ample to time to explain the working of chair to me and how to reset things if necessary. A wonderful team.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Tom! He was extremely helpful in understanding the differences between all the massage chairs and helping me find the ones I felt best suited my needs. He had a perfect balance of sharing the features of the chairs and giving time alone to relax and experience the chair. He also handles in home set up and repairs if a repair is ever needed! Truly superior customer service and care, thank you, Tom!

Love this store and love the assistants that are so knowledgeable and helpful, from start to finish. They helped us pick the perfect chairs and bed and got everything set up with ease and answered all our questions. It was great working with Tom and Kiley and I highly recommend them!!

Words cannot describe the excellent service that I have received over the years from David at Relax the back but I am going to try. I recently had back surgery and although I am beyond comfortable on the Tempurpedic mattress that I purchased there 15 years ago I was having a hard time spending so much time in bed and I hated missing out on my family. Dave took his time and really focused on my needs and helped me pick out a zero gravity chair. I went with the Hare model and it has been life changing. I literally have no back pains in that chair and the air massage and heat are just what the Dr ordered. Thanks again for coming through for me Dave! My family thanks you as well!! I can't recommend this family owned place enough!!! I would give ten stars of I could.

Recently purchased the Ohco 8 and i have to say i am extremely happy with the purchase and the service i received. Even tho the chair wouldn't fit upstairs the team tried everything and i do mean everything to make it fit. At the end of the day the chair is in the living room and it is exceptional. It does need a few more massage functions but it is great.

Products are expensive, but high quality. Office chairs are fully customizable and seem to be worth the price.

Sales associate Dave was knowledgeable about all of the products and helped me make an informed purchase.

I can be a tough customer, but these folks exceed expectations in every possible way. Their care and respect for customers is the best I have ever experienced anywhere among any type of store.

And come back often - they get cool new stuff all the time!

Excellent store, ordered my chair, received it in the time they told me it would take. They delivered to my home and assembled it. Then showed me how to use it. It feels very comfortable especially with the lumbar support and looks great.

Second time having back problems, I knew I could rely on the Cherry Hill Relax the Back Store for relief! David was very thoughtful and selected pillows, a back support, and a zero gravity chair that helped me to recover. He arranged for the delivery and followed up with me to make certain I had received exactly what I expected and needed. Will continue to order from Relax the Back in Cherry Hill, even though I now live in Massachusetts. Thank you, David!

I cannot be more pleased with the entire experience from the “Relax The Back”, Cherry Hill, staff. Not only did they hit the delivery time exactly, but they also hauled my old chair (not purchased or a product of “Relax The Back”) free of charge! I wasn’t expecting that! My only regret is I forgot the two gentlemen’s names so I could have sent out a personal shout out to each of them. Very professional, very courteous. Thanks very much, I highly recommend and you can tell them I Lino Gonzalez said so.

They have awesome products. If you haven't ever been in there you need to stop by just to look to see the products that they have. The Teeter machine and other products.
