Loved working with Adele. She was patient, personable and knowledgeable. Visited twice. We told her the first time that we were just looking, not buying. She didn’t pressure us and showed us everything we asked about. After about a month of looking at other furniture stores we went back and asked for her. She was again helpful and although we hadn’t planned on buying that day, we ended up with just what we were hoping for. Checkout was a breeze and we are awaiting our delivery tomorrow.

A+ experience. I'm not always a fan of walking around with a salesperson, but Taha made it pleasant. We felt no pressure to purchase and got to see every leather sectional in the store. Taha even took the time to help with configurations that would fit our living space. We really like a lot of the styles of furniture the store has to offer. My husband, Pete, and I were so pleased with our visit to Raymour & Flanigan! We met with Marina who was an absolute gem. She understood exactly what we were looking for (a pet-friendly sectional), and she only showed us pieces that aligned with our needs. She was clearly super knowledgeable about the furniture in the store and gave us some advice, not only for her sectional recommendations but for how to style them in a room and modern trends.

Along with her expertise, Marina was exceedingly kind and personable - she wasn't pushy at all and let us have ample time to decide what would be best for us to move forward with. We also worked with one of the managers briefly and I'm kicking myself because I don't remember her name, but she was extremely helpful as well and helped us get the perfect layout and price.

First time I went I was greeted by Collin and he gave us tons of information and was great and extremely patient with us as we haven’t closed on our new home yet and when we came back we were greeted my Michael. We let him know we were looking for Collin but he was away on vacation living the good life. Ended up buying a couch that was on sale for an amazing price with some great financing options. Shopped in Cherry Hill NJ Raymour and Flanigan. Consultant Adele Gallagher was knowledgeable and patient. She appeared genuinely interested in helping me find what I was shopping for. It was a very positive shopping experience. In the future, if I need any additional furniture I will definitely return to Raymour and Flanigan and request to have Adele as my consultant.

Very personable, knowledgeable, professional and helped us to find something in our price range and work out a delivery schedule that would work with our move in date. The kind lady that helped us at checkout was also so friendly. It was toward the end of both of their shifts and we appreciated that they didn’t rush us or make us feel like it was the end of their work day. We had a great experience!

Raymour and Flanigan Furniture of Cherry Hill (Cherry Hill Mall) is outstanding. Annette Destralo is an amazing saleswoman. She sincerely listened to everything I had to say and then quickly put together a tour of the store featuring sofa/loveseat combos that were exactly what I was looking for. Zero pressure. Zero Hassle. She spent over 2 hours with me and I ended up buying not only the sofa and loveseat that I came in for, but also a complete bedroom set because the Buy More, Save More special was just that good!! I will surely be back to see Annette for any and all future purchases!!
