Crocs at Gloucester Premium Outlet

Went in to check out what they had while shopping for scrubs. Went back yesterday so glad I did

Amazing customer service at this store. As soon as we walked in; someone made sure we knew what deals were available and where to find them. Emma went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my crocs. We got everything we went there for and then some. She deserves a bonus!

Back in August of 2021, we had a house fire and loss almost everything; including our six fur babies. Once we were allowed in the home, we tried to salvage clothes and shoes that were useable. In the items salvage were our Crocs, some had a soot and smoke damage. We spoke to the manager, Ralph, at the Gloucester County Premium Outlet store to see if we can exchange them. He, graciously, permitted us to exchange the damaged ones for new ones of the same color and style. We just wanted some normalcy, it was hard losing everything and living in a hotel.

From all the companies that we purchase from Crocs and Bath and Body Works were the only two companies who were empathic and allowed us to exchange he damaged products for new ones. Thank you to Ralph, Austin and Jon for being phenomenally understanding, kind, and empathic!!! We will remember that and remain loyal to the Gloucester Outlet store.

To piggy back off of what my sister Audrey said, the managers and staff were nothing but generous and empathic! They allowed me to exchange my crocs that were damaged from my house fire. I absolutely love this store!!

I just wanna say that I am a very awkward individual. I wanted to buy my first pair of crocs but I felt uncomfortable going by myself. However as soon as I walked in a girl walked right up to me and gave my the biggest smile and laugh and I instantly felt better! Annamaria showed me around the store, helped me with my purchase , and kept me laughing and smiling the whole time! She is very educated in the merchandise and her personality shines very bright! I cant wait to come back and buy some charms for my new shoes! Thank you!

This store is like all croc outlets, but the staff here is better and helpful! Always an associate will help me find different kids sizes as well as help them find the best combination of shoes for the discount deal. Regular croc store, with a great staff.

Sales person was attentive but Crocs just announced that they are closing all their manufacturing facilities. So they may go away...forever. If you like them better get while the getting is good. Too bad I live in Crocs.

Clean store, staff wasn't really helpful had to climb onto the shoe seat to look for larger sizes up the wall.
