Great location. They have plenty of stock and they have good deals if you check back now and then. It's not easy to find, but it's near Friendly's and across from a Statue of little kids.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, and was shipped two RIGHT foot shoes by the company. It irks me that famous footwear charges $8 to ship back when it is a blatent mistake made by them (and defeats the simplicity of ordering online). However, my husband returned the ridiculous right-footed pair in-person to this outlet store and the store manager was incredibly kind, apologized for the mistake, and had the refund processed within 2 minutes of my husband entering the store.

Very nice prices on quality brands like Nike and Puma; very clean store, organized and easy to find whatever you're looking for. I was greeted as soon as I entered in a friendly manner and asked if I needed help. A great employee named Jen helped find some options for me and even told me about sales and clearance prices which helped me out quite a bit. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone!
