She was so helpful I would never have been able to conduct any transactions by myself. She took her time and patience to show him how to do so. I can relay how kind and professional she was. I went in to get a new debit card because I misplaced/lost mine. Teller was very helpful and took care of me in a timely manner. Also, updated me on my accounts and gave me some options on my accounts. I have been with AMHFCU for many years and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I love the Glendora NJ branch at American Heritage FCU. I’ve been with AMHFCU for 24 years (no complaints whatsoever). Everything at this branch makes things easily accessible for all your banking needs, and staff are beyond helpful. I believe they truly care and take pride in their customer service. I applied for a MC during their promotion of a low APR. I was approved and a card was made that very day. It took a little time for the process, but it was worth it b/c the associate helping me was very thorough making sure he went over the paperwork, and all was understood. Plus there were other items needing assistance and they were very accommodating and helpful. With anything financial, I’d rather have thoroughness and care more than a quick “ok your done… bye” kind of service. AMHFCU Customer Service: they never fail in this department.
