Ming Garden Chinese Restaurant

The best place for Chinese food in New Jersey. I’ve ordered half of the menu by now and EVERYTHING is a 10/10. I highly recommend. Trust me I’d know, my job is directly to their left. Me and all of my coworkers are hooked.

Order: large chicken and broccoli
-the chicken is real none of that chewy mystery chicken
- Fresh and very hot

-Great taste not too salty not too bland

I’m telling you been coming here since a kid I moved to Camden and still come to cherry hill best Chinese food in south Jersey my favorite is the capitol chicken with General toe sauce, spicy, chicken fried crispy over white rice ! The best !! Live this place

I love the chicken wings here. They use fresh grease so the chicken doesn't come ot dark and burnt. They actually look like giant bird wings then what u get at whole foods just a few feet away. The lady servers are friendly them male ones reserve and respectful 🙏. The atmosphere can get a little loud but the space provided is shaped differently and cam be a bit small for the size of the shppong center. Great food, great service..Eat well my friends!!!

Have been going here for years, and have seen different changes with the changes of different owners. During the last few months we have been going off and on and the food has been really delicious. I requested to have the pork fried rice made with brown rice and they did it with no problem. all of our choices were delicious especially the General Chow's chicken, and the Orange chicken dishes. A new dish with this owner has been the mei fun house noodles and also fantastic!! Crab Rangoon delicious. Everything was really delicious and was ready very quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Ming for great meals!!

When you want some no nonsense general tso's to go. This place has hit the spot for years. Seems like new owners. But it seems fine. Ordered through grubhub app for pickup zero drama. bang for the buck excellent takeout chinese food.

A long time customer a must eat and Cherry Hill great.Always great experience and great staff . We enjoy eating here always come here when in the area . The food was freshly cooked. The Crab Rangoon was off the charts,the Chinese pizza perfect and Buffalo Chicken Wings awesome .Great Dice Chicken and Shrimp combo .House Special Fried Rice a good choice first try. The kids fan favorite pizza rolls .That's why we eat there .

Had lunch today. Lunch menu is larger than most and offers brown rice in addition to the usual white and fried rice. Prices are quite reasonable.

I had the Chicken in Garlic Sauce and my husband had the Pork with Chinese Vegetables. We both opted for the brown rice. Both of our meals were delicious with plenty of tender meat and crisp vegetables. My dish though billed as spicy wasn't very spicy, which was ok. Ming's offers hot sauce that you can use to adjust the heat to your taste. Beware: the first taste is sweet, but the heat builds, so use sparingly at first. The brown rice had a nice nutty taste.

Unlike many Chinese restaurants, even upscale ones, the service was outstanding. We were offered knives. I can't recall any Chinese restaurant doing this in 50 years of dining at Chinese restaurants in PA, NY, TX and CA. And, 3 times while we were there, someone came by to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Over the top.

Ming Garden is a small place. Seats maybe 20. Yes you order at the counter, but the owners and staff are clearly committed to ensuring an excellent experience.

Best brown rice I've had my whole life lol

Grew up in Philly going to all the classic Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. Ming Garden is the closest to authentic Chinese food on this side of the Ben Franklin bridge. It's a no-frills location, but clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Best fried dumplings (my favorite) - not too doughy and crisp. Been going there for several years and they never got an order wrong. Highly recommended.

Wonderful restaurant and service (Valentine was a great server!). The food was flavorful and fresh. The chili peanut potatoes and all noodle dishes, soups are really good.

Always stop by here when in town. Great consistent food. Mostly friendly staff. Usually pretty good at remembering you and you usual order. I switch it up every once in a while but it's a nice touch to remember your customers.

The only Chinese place i go, I order from Ming garden every week for years. You know during this hard times I am really appreciate them for making such good food for my family.
They got best general tso’s chicken and I love sweet and sour chicken too. Friendly staff , nice place.

I come here to eat on my break once or twice a week. This is the best Chinese food I've had; The vegetables are always made fresh and it only takes 10 minutes (not even) to cook!The lunch special is an amazing value!

Ming Garden is in the Ellisburg Shopping Center, next to a Whole Foods. This is the second establishment I've come across in this area that is midway between a Chinese takeout and a Chinese restaurant. The kitchen and order counter seem geared mostly for Chinese takeout but they do also have a number of tables for dine-in. Service was rather efficient and friendly. The lady from the counter and a guy from the kitchen took turns taking orders and bringing out food. In terms of flavor and presentation, the food was definitely a cut above the average Chinese takeout. No yellow rice syndrome was in evidence and their sauces and ingredients were a refreshing change from the ordinary. This place will be on my list for the next time I'm in the area.

Wonderful family run classic American Cantonese Chinese takeaway. Everything is just a little bit better then it ought to be for the price. Enormously consistent. As long as you are not looking for experimental cuisine or fine dining, you will never be disappointed.

Definitely the best Chinese food in cherry hill and surrounding counties. Small but cozy atmosphere and food is awesome. They cater to your taste buds also. Awesome joint.

You can definitely tell the difference between Ming and other Chinese place .no colors added ,no heavy taste. If you want more healthy style chinese food stay with Ming. You won’t regret.
