Back Bay Seafood

Staying at a hotel for our Stone Harbor vacation, my husband and I have eaten out for every meal. We’ve had a lot of great food, but this was our favorite seafood so far. The crab cakes and fried shrimp were seafood at its finest. The french fries weren’t just a filler, they were cooked perfectly and we were given a very generous portion. I could only finish about 1/4 of my fries! It’s take out only, but delicious. If you are looking for some of the best crab cakes and seafood you’ll ever have, this is your place!

We love Back Bay Seafood! The broiled crab cakes are a must. Also try the spicy crab dip and you will not be disappointed.

Service is excellent and the staff is so friendly. The owner and staff really take pride in their food, quality presentation and ensuring customers are happy.

Food was excellent!! Honey mustard salmon, Coleslaw and even the baked potato was cooked perfectly! Will definitely be back soon!!

We ordered from Back Bay our last night in Stone Harbor and regretted we had not done so sooner! Delicious crab cakes! I would have to say they were the best I have ever had and one of the best meals we had on the shore this year. We will definitely be back next year at least several times. As another reviewer said Back Bay is perfect for a lazy night in the rental.

Update - I wish I could give Back Bay 10 Stars! The food was even more delicious this year and we didn't wait till the last night and we were able to enjoy the experience three times. They are definitely at the top of our list for dining!

Last night we ordered takeout for six people. When we arrived home with the dinners we found one was missing and called them to let them know. Within 10 to 15 minutes they had another crab special dinner delivered to our house along with a pint of potato salad and a container of their fabulous crab dip. They didn't just make it right they went above and beyond. Thanks for such great service and such great food.

Best crab cakes on 7 mile island hands down! You will not be disappointed!

Not a seafood person but their bbq ribs are some of the best I've had. My wife loves their crab cakes and according to her are the best she's had im just glad they have something for those who don't eat seafood. Oh you have to try their coleslaw made fresh every day. Delicious!

This place has the best crab cakes I have ever had in my life. This take-out only joint has excellent service, got my food right on time with no hassle. If you are ever in Stone Harbor definately try this place out!

This place is a must try!! We've gone here countless times over the past few years and it never disappoints! Fresh and amazing meals along with great service! I have had most of the menu and it's all excellent. Highly recommend this place! Some of the best seafood I've had anywhere!

Boy literally has the most amazing Seafood I have ever had at the Jersey Shore. I wish I had tried this sooner the crab cakes are truly the best anywhere the pasta and the sauces they use are amazing the customer service is incredible and I wish I could eat at this place 3 to 4 times a week

Great place for take out seafood at the Jersey shore. Call in your order an select a 15 minute pickup window. Be sure to ask for napkins and utensils if you are taking it back to the beach.

Take out only so no atmosphere. But the people bringing food to the car are helpful and friendly!

Back Bay Seafood has some of the best crab cakes I've ever had. Buy them fresh raw and bake them at home in 15 minutes.

Have been ordering from back bay for almost 15 years. Always excellent. one question for the owner, would you ever consider sweet potato fries as an option instead of regular french fries?
