Quick. The reception it was very helpful in regards to signing in. As it was the first time that I ever did it from a new iPhone. Doctor was great. Did a thorough exam. I was in and out quite quickly.

Friendly welcome. Easy check in. Observed a staff member training a new employee using charts and verbal explanations.

Intake nurse was through.
Doctor was very direct and professional. Prescription worked in one day. I feel so much better.

I appreciate the service of the entire treat. I especially note the medical staff’s long years of study and experience of which l benefited.

Walked into the office and was immediately greeted by the front desk staff. Took my info and gave me a form to fill out. I was called back by the nurse before I even completed the form. She helped me fill it out and was very professional and put me at ease. The doctor came in and asked the appropriate questions and resolved my issue. The staff was excellent and I left knowing I had a place I could go when I needed to.

The staff was so kind, the medical tech had a smile and made us laugh. The doctor was so kind and thorough. The visit was quick but efficient! Thank you all!

I went there today and I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to share what was the most positive experience I've had in a very long time (regarding health care). First, the check in was so quick and easy. I was taken back and seen by the Nurse (CLAIRE, I believe) within 15 minutes after arriving. She was very easy to talk to, caring and thorough when taking information regarding my symptoms, etc. After she left the room, Jillian Garbutt, PA, came in and examined me. She was so caring, concerned, thoughtful and kind. She took the time to explain what was going on (including the medication she prescribed and it's expected results); She also made sure that i knew how to reach her if I was experiencing any problems the following day. It was just so reassuring to have someone helping me that genuinely cared. It's so rare (and very much appreciated) these days. I would definitely recommend this facility to Anyone!!

Everyone was extremely kind and understanding. They made my checkin extremely easy. The nurse and doctors were professional and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. Have used Urgent Card numerous times since they opened and I never had a problem or issues.

I’ve been to Cape Regional Urgent Care Ctr twice in the past two years and had excellent treatment both times. The staff members are very courteous and helpful and the physicians, P.A.’s and Nurses are very kind and courteous also, as well as, knowledgeable and they explain everything to you. After debating whether I should see a Doctor, my husband and I decided it would be smart, as the skin rash on my arm turned out to be Cellulitis!
We went to Cape Regional Urgent Care at about 6:30 p.m., and we’re seen within 5 minutes. The nurse was very efficient taking my vitals and reviewing all of my symptoms. The Doctor came in almost right after the nurse and took his time with us and listened to my concerns. He told me I needed an antibiotic and cream for the skin and hot compresses every three to four hours. He was excellent and very, very kind and focused!
We were extremely pleased with the service and very relieved we made the decision to go to Urgent Care. Jeffrey Hassel, M.D was the physician and he was outstanding!

I received a follow-up call from Urgent Care the following morning to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was taking the antibiotic and using the cream and hot compresses. They encouraged me to return if I did not feel I was getting better in a few days.

I received 5 Star treatment at Urgent Care in Cape May Courthouse. Reception was polite and efficient. I was shown to a room within minutes and questioned by the PA who, because of my symptoms, immediately tested appropriately. The doctor returned with my results within 15 minutes. I was given medication to take home and was in my car within the hour. Everyone was so polite and efficient! What really impressed me was while I was waiting for my results I could hear the staff quietly joking and laughing with each other in the common area. It made me smile to hear such a nice work environment! Great job Urgent Care.

I visited Cape Regional Urgent care after an injury! When I arrived there were at least 7 patients ahead of me! I was amazed that I did not have a long wait to be seen! It was so well organized, seeing the initial staff, the nurse practitioners, then x-ray all ran smoothly They prescribed antibiotics and was given the full bottle there, no need to go to the pharmacy! I would definitely use their services again!

Visited this urgent care for the third time.
I must say every experience has been a good one. They are prompt, professional and friendly! They give the appropriate care and treatment! I recommend this site to my family and friends all the time!

You have saved my life more than once. Stress free and feel like I am really cared for by staff.
My two major illnesses have been UTI and bronchial stuff and needing immediate help is what puts you over the top of doctor office, and hospital as cost of ER is unaffordable to most of us even with good insurance!

I had made an appointment and was seen quickly. The nurse and physician assistant were very professional and empathetic. Great experience.

The staff was so kind and patient right from the front desk. The medical staff were thorough and quick. I can not say enough how comfortable they make you feel. Especially when your not feeling well. You have picked the right people for the jobs they perform.

I was coughing and had nasal congestion for 5 days. I had concerns because I had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago and worried about an infection. Check in was timely and my wait time to be seen was short. I was surprised that they could do a chest x-ray on site and fill prescriptions. This made it very convenient. I was very surprised when I received a follow up call the next day to ask how I was feeling. I had major surgery and the hospital didn’t call for 3 days! Will definitely recommend this clinic and thankful to have it here.

Traveling from the UK, my mother and I were feeling incredibly unwell and went to the Cape Regional Urgent Care facility.
We were seen within 15 mins and received the most professional, efficient and friendly service. I cannot recommend this facility enough as it was fantastic. Thank you Cape Regional Urgent Care!

I had a great experience. Got there close to when they closed was seen immediately and left with medication. The doctor was staff were excellent

Quick and caring service! Dr and nurse were very thorough and very kind. Dr took time to talk to me and actually listened! Antibiotics were given on site which was a super bonus because I did not feel good and did not feel like going to a pharmacy. 5 stars out of 5!

I am glad we have Urgent Care so close to home! The care providers have always been great as well as a fantastic support staff. I can't ask for more with the care they provide!
