Banana Republic Factory Store

I recently needed to buy some new fancy clothes (RTO - return to office company policy), and this was a good opportunity to visit my local Banana Republic Factory Store in Gloucester Premium Outlets. As a result, I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Alex K., the store manager. From the moment I walked in, Alex's knowledge and friendly approach made my shopping experience exceptional.

Alex's product expertise in men's fashion was evident, and she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism truly stood out.

I left the store with satisfied with my purchase (got a lot of new clothes!) and impressed by the top-notch service. Kudos to Alex K. and the entire team for creating a positive and customer-centric environment. I'll be returning for future purchases!

Always a selection of basic t's, shirts, pants and a sprinkling of fancy but not over the top for a special event or office.

Very nice staff! We had accidentally left a bag in the dressing room and a staff member brought it to us right away! Front cashier also very helpful. Can't say enough nice things about the people working there.

Best place to shop, hands down. Prices are actually outlet prices (unlike Ralph Lauren Outlet). Everything looks great. Staff is nice.

I barely go into the store and I don’t know why. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A problem came up and she did everything she could to solve it. I will definitely be going back there next time I am at the outlets.

This is my favorite store and fits in with my job's dress code for business casual. There is a wide variety of mens clothes to choose from, great quality that holds up well, and affordable prices.

There are many petite options which are hard to come across that are fashionable as well. The prices are affordable, especially considering the quality of clothing is solid. The staff is also extremely friendly.

Good looking store. I get my vnecks from here. I believe they're the best. It's premium Pima or something like that but it fits well and it lasts for a long time. They do sell more than just vnecks here to those that don't know.

Great clearance section! For less than $20, sometimes less than $10, you end up with a lovely top
