Stopped in the mall very close to closing time needing to purchase sneakers for 3 children placed in my care unexpectedly and in an emergency situation. The young lady who assisted was extremely polite and professional and silently understood there was a bigger situation at hand which warranted patience and understanding! She jumped in quickly and was able to fit all 3 children for size and had us checked out just shy of closing time. I appreciate great customer service like this! Not everyone is guilty of poor planning and sometimes simply need understanding and a "how can I help!" Instead of judgement and attitude. I apologize for not getting the young lady's name as I would love to recognize her by name however, a huge THANK YOU and great job at doing your job! She embodied excellent customer service!

I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. Cashier ID # 00632457, I hope that is your actual ID number, that you somehow see this as well as your store and bosses, because you made what started out as a rough day for me, into a much better one! The really tall guy you helped today is extremely grateful! Thanks so much!

Totally unknowingly walked into a huge shoe sale: 60% off!! Got $70 walking shoes for $28, + was offered (because of a purchase) wonderful socks in a 6 pk for just $5! Went in expecting to drop a minimum of $40-$50 just for a pr. of shoes, but left SO happy!

My favorite shoe looks like it's retired but I was able to find some nice kicks everyone was friendly Price was good as always. I got two pairs for $75.

This place is awesome, there was a great BOGO free sale today. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. I'm glad I decided to take a stop in today.

Every time I go to this store I finds great deals. I saved $150 today and just paid $40 for one pair of sneakers and 3 leggings. I love this Rebook outlet.

My experience at this location has been nothing short of WONDERFUL! The management is phenomenal, and Shawn is always willing to help in any way he possibly can. We go there often for WeekendWarrior fitness events, and since then, myself and our members have been hooked! We continue to shop at this Reebok location; staff are super friendly & great as well! The place is clean and very organized. You don't have to look around a ton, it's not chaotic but very well kept. Thanks for all the great experiences here, and we can't wait to continue coming back with our "fitness family"!!!

One of the best retail experiences! All of the staff is top notch, but Mike is the absolute cream of the crop, he took the time and really helped us out and we bought 5 pairs of shoes
