Puff & Pipe | A Smoker's Paradise!

I came in to buy a torch only but due to Ed listening to what happened to my old glass piece. He showed me a few new pieces now I left with 5 new items i can’t wait to use. Great store and Ed is amazing

I went in here initially for my glass for the tobacco pipe and he recommended a cleaner for it that’s worked really good and lasted me forever. Zac helped me find some other pieces here and there Nice selection . I visit the plaza often.

Garrett was very helpful and easy going! Not all the local P&P's are enjoyable to shop because the poor vibes from the employees. But Garrett didn't rush me out of the store. Instead, he helped me choose a product since stock has been low.

One of many Puff & Pipes I regularly go to for my vape needs. At this particular location I have dealt with Justin often and that man is amazing. Given none of the locations often have the coils I need (LP1 for my Nfix Pro), I can't fault that on the employees. Justin went above and beyond to help me find alternatives without costing me an arm and a leg. For coil availability, Puff & Pipe as a whole would get a 3.5/4 star review. However the service from employees like Justin it makes the experience far better and I will continue to shop here. For the inventory manager/owner(s), please get a more consistent flow of inventory, if it weren't for great employees I would shop elsewhere.
