Dental Arts Group - Somerdale

I been going here for a good couple of months and the staff treated me right and made me feel comfortable when I had appointments. They did good work on my teeth and I haven't had many issues at all. I just finished my last appointment last Thursday and now currently take my wife here. I do recommend if you are going to go here for any dental work, make sure you have good insurance because it is a little pricey to get work done here but they also have a payment plan subscription which I think is a pretty good option for people who can't afford to pay for dental

I had an appointment yesterday, and when I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. I had a root canal done by Dr. Quick and she is awesome. She explained everything and she makes you feel so comfortable and the assistant was also awesome as well. Great experience with caring and professional staff.

The hygienist was very thorough, polite, and made sure I was continuously comfortable. The office staff was helpful and pleasant. I felt taken care of and felt that they cared about my health and overall well being. I am grateful that I found this office and plan on returning! Highly recommend!

I had a root canal done today at the Somerdale Dental Arts. It was even more difficult because it involved a tooth with a crown. I was nervous about it but Dr. Quick was wonderful. She explained everything she was going to do, which put me more at ease. Her skill in injecting the anesthesia and performing the root canal made it a totally pain-free experience. Her warm manner and conversation kept me relaxed throughout. Dr. Quick is an excellent Endodontist and I highly recommend her!

I've been a patient here for over 15 years, and I've never had a bad experience. The entire team is incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasant one. Even after moving 40 minutes away, I continue to choose this Dental Arts Group in Somerdale. Highly recommended!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile. Found DAG through a mailer and they were/are GREAT. Neil and Alyssa were top notch and Dr. Renee is super nice. Lois and JoAnna at the front are also awesome. Highly recommend.

I have had an issue with a tooth of mine for 2 years. I went to 3 dentists with 3 different opinions and no one could seem to find the issue. The dentist I had found it within seconds. I am forever grateful. Staff was also very kind. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their hours are great and i was able to get an appointment very fast. I had a fantastic experience overall with the front desk, dental hygienist, and doctor. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

First time I actually was shown my issue. It's nice to be informed. The Doc was very informative. The Hygienist was the very best I have ever had. Very professional folks. The insurance was amazing too.

The staff were respectful,polite and very helpful, the doctor and the assistant demonstrated care and concern and their performance on my issue was very professional and well done showing and demonstrating excellent experience, I highly recommend this dental office to everyone, it’s a must go so you can experience the qualities that they share with the patients for yourself!!!!! I’m very satisfied so I’m making that office my new home!!!!!!

Dr Ronen Shor is the best Dentist I have ever been to! He made two crowns for me and explained everything. He was attentive, kind and patient during the entire procedure. I recommend Dr Shor without reservation for any dental work.

I just had another appt. to have a new crown put in. There have been some personnel changes since my first visit, but this practice always seems to find the professionals with great knowledge of their craft along with a caring nature for the patient. I'm still raving about DAG in Somerdale. 1/2/24

Everyone at the Somerdale offices of Dental Arts Group were exceptional. This was my first visit. All were professional and greeted you with a, no pun, smile and gave their name. They made me feel at home and seemed truly happy to see me. The office was really hopping the day I was there, but as I was sitting in the chair, someone would pop in to say that they were sorry for my wait. Sydni (sorry, not sure of the spelling) relayed all my concerns to Dr. Eason. She didn't omit anything. She took my x-ray quickly and was concerned for my comfort. Dr. Eason is the greatest. She's energetic, thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything to me that needed to be done in detail and in a way that I understood. As I was checking out, Lois & Stephanie were very helpful and professional. They know their job and do it well. Every question I had, and there were many, were answered to my satisfaction. They even went above and beyond. Since I had to wait for my medical transportation ride, as I was watching the bus at the front, every now and again they would check the parking lot for me so that I didn't miss my ride. I can't say enough good things. I would recommend everyone to come here.

This is my kind of dental service - in and out. No crowds. No over booking. Dr. Strait was wonderful. He has a very nice demeanor and is easy to talk to. He addressed my concerns in an efficient manner.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. It was a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Dr Shor fit me in for an emergency visit to recement a cap. His dental assistant Billy was amazing and has a great “ bedside manner”

Dr. Strait and his staff are the best. I met Dr. Strait by chance and it was the best accident ever. I have full confidence in my treatment and always have a stress free experience there.

It’s a grind...but well worth it with the excellent staff at Dental Arts. My dental hygienist (Amy) did the most thourogh job in cleaning my teeth. I was very impressed with Dr. Renee in filling a tooth that I was having trouble with. High ratings for the staff at Dental arts.

I started going here in a very vulnerable time of my life and they took great care of me! And now I have the pleasure of watching new life be breathed into the place and it's been nothing but positive experiences for me! Thanks so much for all you've done for me!

"The above was a review I left before the dentist I worked closely with retired. The person that has taken over for her doesn't even compare. I recently went in for visit to have a reoccurring issue dealt with. And she wouldn't help me. Said she would "do some homework and get back to me" and here I sit still with this uncomfortable feeling in my mouth and absolutely no word from the surgeon or the dentist. I am severely disappointed and tomorrow will start my search for a new practice to go to. It sucks I was intending on moving my kids here. I will absolutely NOT be doing that now.

As a patient in his 90s, I have been to many dentists. By far, the first time I can say, that her treating me is always a pleasure. Besides her great personality, she is practically painless, thorough and professional. She listens (when I can speak) and explains what she is doing. 5 Stars and I recommend her highly.
