Biggie bag is my favorite & ordering online is so easy. Was very frustrated today 😤 I ordered mobile pick up & when I got to the door.... it was locked 😒 so I waited in the drive thru line (15min) for the girl to tell me sorry the door is open now so you have to come in 🤨🤬 they couldn't even give me the bag thru the window!!! F THIS PLACE.

Food is always good love the fries drinks be nice and cold 🥶 😋 😌

They remade our fries and nuggets with no problem so they were fresh and hot

I have a special needs son and a newborn. I go to Wendy's a couple times a week just so I can feed my boys. Financially. I'm the worst spot I've ever been, but every time I go into Wendy's everybody is more than sweet, and I always want me to come back.. They're always saying hello to my children, and this is where the story begins. Today I came into your restaurant because there was an error on my last order, and I was given the fine opportunity to meet Abib the manager on duty. When I explained that the mistake could happen, she immediately apologized to make everything right, but this is where the next step gets exciting. Exciting. She seen me come in several times with my boys, has always been pleasant and friendly, today when I told her what happened, it almost seemed like it happened to her. She took such good care of us that I don't know what I can say other than thank you for hiring such an amazing leader on your staff. I'm not giving the luxury of meeting many managers that genuinely care about the customer experience, today she blew me away, more than a little bit. The reason why I'm so grateful is not only did she replace the sandwich that was mistaken last week, but offered a discount on my purchase today which allowed me to for the first time in 2 days eat for myself.

I have to thank Wendy's for having reasonable prices, and incredible products that I can feed my family and trust what I'm feeding them. Like her are impossible to replace so I hope you take care of her because she deserves every minute of this acknowledgment. I hope this goes around your company letting people know that the heart of this company is revolved around customer service, all ages, all races, all abilities and disabilities. And for that I am eternally grateful, and you have earned a customer for life. I'm hoping that when my finances are better I can offer a thank you gift. Thank you for hearing me out, and I really do hope that she is acknowledged for her incredible works.

Only went to get the fries so I could compare them against Mickey Ds. They are just as good. Nice and crispy, salty and served hot. The fries are cut just a bit thicker which is a good thing. Next time you are craving fries give them a try.

Our experience in this establishment was nothing less than perfect. The workers were kind, and even though I had ordered a lot everything was perfect. Everything was warm and fresh when we ate and our order was met perfectly, I will be dining here again!!!Thank you for the excelent job!!

This place tries hard to prepare your order as expected. The staff are sweet, I have witnessed one staff member picking up and dropping off an elderly mall store employee. ( A walk across the large “pedestrian unfriendly’ parking lot to Wendy’s is dangerous for some).

They're not always 100% accurate but they're usually really fast and 9/10 my order is correct. They're also usually very friendly. I've honestly never had a problem with this place

I went here today by a mistake because of gps. But I am happily satisfied that I’ve stumbled upon the store. The lady who was working the cash register was very friendly. He name tag said Carol. She was very focus at work. She even left the front counter to clean the lobby area when is wasn’t busy. I initially was going to take drive thru but I’m glad I didn’t. Carol was really nice I’m happy she was able to help me.

(Based on Drive Thru Only) gotten decent food in a decent amount of time. When the wait is long the food is coming hot, so that's nice. Late night drive through is clutch, they've been out of nuggs like twice that ain't bad after midnight.

Food was hot and served fast and efficient except for the lady in front of me in the Drive-Thru who wanted to seem like tell her whole life story but hey what are you going to do

They gave me so much opportunity to work there great food definitely recommended just like any other fast food I like fast food McDonald's Donald all of them just sometimes gotta slow down on the food 🤣🤣♥💋

I don't normally comment on fast food restaurants because they all pretty much suck equally, but the drive through window employees are always SO PLEASANT at this place. Clearly, this is a well managed Wendys.

Very freely able to eat without the Shane of watchful eyes. Cute staff is always young & vibrant. Always an interesting visit. I am eating there at least 12-14 x's a month

Great service and food. The employees are very nice, they even gave a tip to not come at 5-7 since that is the time when alot of people come. I am here at 7:38 seemed pretty chill

Mediterranean salad was delicious. Grilled chicken was flavorful, well seasoned and quite fresh. Service quick, staff pleasant and meal filling. Great experience

Drive Thursday was busy but quick server was sweet, and friendly!
Bake patato with cheese, bacon and sour cream was good!

Food was good atmosphere was good although the one woman running the register was not that nice
