Tides Condominium

Not sure where the one negative review of the Tides came from. We have spent a week there the last four summers and never has anyone complained about the kids being too loud in the courtyard or adults having fun after hours. It is extremely family friendly and the perfect place in Cape May. Across the street from the beach and three blocks from most of the shops and restaurants downtown. You could spend twice as much money down there and still not have as good an experience as you would at the Tides.

This was our first time staying at the Tides. The staff was very helpful, and having off street parking in a covered garage is great. Our condo was great to stay in, and the guests were welcoming. It is close to both the beach, and Washington Mall.

We stayed from 9 9 to 9 16 in room 210. It really was a great place. Clean and secure. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I am putting a reservation in for next yera.

We've been staying at The Tides every summer for almost a decade. Great place, convenient to everything and run by friendly and helpful people.

Perfect beach vacation. Nice unit In the heart of
Cape May. Across from beach and close enough to restaurants there's no need to drive.

This place has all old people who live here year round and they don't want to hear your kids running or playing. You cannot enjoy your vacation cause your very worried about always telling your kids to stop being kids! Even the adults were not allowed to sit in the courtyard and enjoy time together. WOULD NOT recommend to families especially to groups of travelers. The staff is also only for the owners so we're just a bunch of pee ons that pay tons of money to rent in this run down resort! We've been renting her for 10 years and they'll never see our money again!

A schwag condo style place.

Pros: close to the mall and the beach.

Cons: 1. the internet is atrocious. I work in software as a network programmer. Ran my tools at multiple times of the day. Their WiFi signal is great (they upgraded last year) but their backbone is a 10Mbps down residential connection. Unacceptable for a "resort" with 40+ units. You get better bandwidth using you mobile data connection. Unacceptable.

2. Air-conditioning is hit or miss depending on the unit. First two years we had great AC . This year, its a trickle of cool air. On top of that the staff had the balls to try and tell us it was working correctly. Don't piss on me and tell me it's raining. We shall not be returning for a 4th year, there are better places at the same price point.
