Pacific Medical Group - Oregon City

I recently switched care from Kaiser and tried out NW primary care and had a horrible experience… so I switched to Pacific medical group because I know Hannah Christensen from high school - she is such a kind, thorough, caring provider. She is detailed and cautious, but also very supportive and willing to work with me in alternative therapies and treatments I am pursuing. She is responsive and very knowledgeable and health from both a western medicine and holistic approach. I am so grateful to have switched care and highly recommend her!

It is a rare event that I go to see a doctor. But with new insurance and the fact I had prescriptions running out I chose a doctor at this clinic and went. Easy to find on a main road. Quite a bit of convenient parking. Comfortable seating area that was not very crowded. Limited wait time for both going back to the room and then waiting for the doctor to arrive.

Since I so rarely see a doctor there was a whole lot to talk about, and I am pretty certain I made Dr Magsarili late for his next appointment. But we covered a very wide range of items. And very much like the reviews I had read about the doctor he was thorough, knowledgeable, and pretty driven to leave no stone unturned in making sure I took care of the things my previous doctor had let lapse.

So at this point I have a very positive impression of both the organization as well as the facility. I might actually do some of the tests I likely should have done 15-20 years ago.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Kai Li for over 10 years to follow up with three different types of cancers and other conditions. Dr. Li has consistently provided excellent care through all of those years. Dr. Li not only has very strong medical competency, he also is very friendly and personal and always addresses my mother's questions very patiently. My mother is very fortunate to have Dr. Li as her PCP and we implicitly trust that he is giving her the best medical advice and care.

Dr. Magsarili is so compassionate and thorough in his evaluation and treatment plan. He makes me feel so important, as if I were his only patient of the day.
His medical assistant, Julie, is very kind and she welcomes me as a friend would. She is very good at gathering vital information and made me feel glad to be there.
The new receptionist was pleasant, and greeted me promptly and professionally. She was very nice as she made sure all of my demographics and insurance were updated and correct.

Very friendly and helpful. Very little wait time. Online services allowed me to check in prior to my visit which I liked. They have always answered my questions or concerns in a timely manner.

Dr. Magsarili is the best listener and reads my record before I get there so he knows why I am there. i have had an ongoing medical problem for about 13 months and my other doctor did nothing for me and so I transferred to Dr. Magsarili even though I have to drive 30 miles to get to the office. He has done more for me in the last 6 weeks then the other doctor did in the last year. The office is a little difficult to find as the signage is not very visible from the street and Oregon City does not have very good street signs. I like that they have their own lab on site. Mia is the best! Everyone there didn't treat me like an outcast because of my weight, instead they helped me find ways to improve my health and lose the weight with no criticism. I felt at home to be honest. Recommend for everyone!

My wife and I have been patients at Oregon City PMC for over 35 years and have always received top quality care. Currently, Dr. Kai Li is the lead doctor and provide excellent care. He listens to my concerns and is compassionate when dealing with difficult questions. In fact, I have an appointment tomorrow morning (9/26/19).

I actually enjoy going to this office. I have not had a bad or so-so visit. Everyone has been so polite and kind. Not only kind, but thorough and listen to my answers and any questions I have. It has more than earned my 5 stars.

I’ve been a patient of this clinic for over 10 years. I’m a senior citizen with complex medical problems and I have seen this clinic go through a few doctors and practitioners, no matter, they have always taken good care of me at Oregon City PMG ❤
Recently I had to call the office with a question, Natalie answered and said if there was anything she could do to help me and she would help. What a nice thing to say! My care team makes me feel like count, like a person, not a SSN.

Sorry I forgot your names but you guys are the best in the lab!! I hardly ever feel it when you give me the needle LOL!

I've been going tomPacific Medical for about 12 years......I've been fortunate enough to have Dr li the entire time and found him to be excellent....I've had some serious medical issues and they have always referred me to top notch specialists....Dr Li is as good as they get..

Very easy to make a appointment on the phone. The people there are on top of it and there is no waiting!

Comfortable space, easy to get to, friendly staff, they are working with me to get my health where I want it.

Mia Foy,NP, and team are top notch. Never have been disappointed or felt they didn’t have interest in or time for me. Hesitate to give a rave review for fear it might be too hard to get a future appointment!

My mom and I love Mia. They do not take my insurance but my mom still goes to Mia. Sad how the clinic has gone down hill but Mia is awesome!

The staff is just okay. I loved the receptionist gal that was there for years, she knew what was going on.Dr Foy is a wonderful doctor my elder mom loves her. Sometimes making an appointment by phone if you can get through on the phone they can be short
