ASICS Outlet

This is partly a review for the store and corporate. I bought a pair from this location last may and the associate was very helpful with helping pick a shoe out. Flash forward to earlier in week and i breached a hole with my big toe. I went to store and another associate explained return policy and found a copy of my receipt in system. I went online filled out the return request. Corporate contacted me almost immediately asking for more photos. I sent in requested and was approved. My new shoes are on their way. Thank you for an amazing experience all around.

Great store with alot of helpful associates. Alot of great choices in great shoes. Wheelchair accessible but a little tight. They accept cash and cards. Plenty of free parking in the Outlet parking lot. Enjoy.

My daughter who is a runner, swears by Asics and loves this store! They always have specials going on especially around the holidays. We just got two pairs of Keyanos for the price of one! When you use the discount from the Simon service desk you can get even more of a discount! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone loves to share running stories.

Jessica is a great retail saleswoman she helped my wife (diehard Nike fan) and myself purchase matching gel nimbus 19's. She helped review our foot walking style and discuss what the best use of our sneakers would be. The buy one get one deal was phenomenal. If it wasn't that the attention I received I would have gone to modells. I plan to come again in the future.

My fiance is a shoe size 14 and only likes three kinds of shoes, Asics cumulus, nimbus or kayano. I stop by this store every once in a while to see if they have any, as shoes in a men's size 14 can be hard to find, and the Asics website usually doesn't have any. The part few times I have been there the same employee was working and he is so helpful! Last week I bought two pairs and my sister was here the other day and found a pair that we liked better, so I stopped by today to exchange them and it was not a problem! The employee that we always see there is very helpful and is able to easily find us the size 14 shows since he keeps the store so organized!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Frankie. When I checked store hours on my PC, it said 10, but when I GPS it on my phone, it said 11. It was like 9:30 something so I figured I call and see what the correct time is instead of wasting a trip. Frankie answered quick, usually you can't get anyone to answer a phone in other stores if they aren't opened yet.
I walked in and right away she said hello. I went to the shoes and she asked me if I needed any help. She helped me get all my shoes quick that I wanted. I bought a good amount of shoes and was going to help her carry them to the front, she said no problem I can do it for you. I saw a new model I never seen before, and when I asked about it, she knew exactly what I needed to know about the shoe. I also had a return I wanted that I did online, so nice I could bring it to the store. She took care of that quick and within 24 hours I had my money returned, sweet! After I picked all my shoes I wanted, she helped me set up an account on my phone with Asics. By the time I paid, she already had all my shoes bagged along with a helper. As of right now Frankie is my favorite employee I've dealt with when buying shoes in any other shoe stores. I don't ever really leave reviews, but getting fast service, and employee's making you feel welcomed, I'll be back for now on to buy shoes hear at Asics and look for Frankie. Thanks Frankie, You Rock!

Great experience today. Mark helped my husband get some new sneakers and was extremely helpful and friendly. Both employees that we interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful which is hard to find recently it seems. We truly appreciated it.

Since I have flat feet it's not easy to find proper sneakers. I normally spend over $100 each time I buy my running sneakers but this store had a lot of specials worth checking out.

From the time I walked in the store the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I dealt with Sam as my sales person and she was very helpful, insightful and friendly. I will be going back to Asics at the Gloucester Outlets when I need new sneakers. Thank you Sam!!!

This is a great Asics store. Tremendous variety and sizes and the staff are really helpful. If you are open to different colors and product lines by Asics, you will always leave with great products at amazing prices. BOGO and 40% lowest priced apparel happens quite often.

This staff is truly great they know what they're talkin about if you're looking for a shoe or sneaker for your foot because it hurts you definitely want to go to this place the staff will take their time with you they'll help you they're going to make sure that they put you in a sneaker that's going to give you the best support that you're looking for and their sneakers are also very trendy so they can look good with you know your jeans and your outfits and stuff like that so you definitely want to go there to get the best therapeutic sneaker is what I like to call it and the staff like I said they're wonderful and they're very knowledgeable
