Shana's Wild Fig Restaurant

Shana's Wild Fig is my new favorite place to eat! Everything is Delicious! My favorite is the Italian Pork, and the Fruit and Cheese App "Wild Board" is amazing too. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. We love her new outside garden dining too, which feels like you're eating in an English Garden as opposed to Blackwood, hahaha. Be sure to call ahead because spots fill up fast!

My sister's 70 birthday party was catered by Shana's. This was more than a restaurant, IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE. We all love our food, this food was delicious and nothing I've eaten before. I can't wait to order off the menu. Staff was great . Try it you'll like it! 👍

I ordered the Berry Salad and a side of fries. Everyone was super friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! The Berry Salads vinaigrette was tasty and the fries are seasoned so well. Everything tasted fresh and they also gave me a beautiful flower in my To Go bag. Great local restaurant that I will revisit again and again!

I don’t often gush over a new restaurant, but tonight, I’ll take exception and wholeheartedly recommend Shana’s Wild Fig in humble Blackwood, NJ. Lovely and spacious restaurant with a sophisticated menu at reasonable prices. From the clean and eclectic decor to the live music from a double bass/piano duo and the utterly delicious food, this was one of the best dinners we’ve recently had. The charcuterie board would have been enough but I am glad We went further and got the Gorgonzola Steak, a flatiron steak, which I ordered medium rare and was cooked perfectly - even red throughout and seared evenly all around. Presentation really showed that Shana cares about the details. Service was excellent as well as our server Gabby really knew the menu and how to guide us. It’s BYO, so even better on the wallet. We will be back, often, and so should you!

A delightful experience. At first, with the small menu, I did not think things would go well. I was wrong. Each dish was prepared with a gourmet eye, everything tasted good and the presentation was excellent. And service? Well, I will return to Shana's. Thanks for this dining adventure.

They’re open! This little gem of a BYOB battled the pandemic and won. Located in downtown Blackwood, the restaurant catered private events to stay in business. It’s a great place for an event because it is decorated so charmingly.

The menu is relatively small, but definitely diverse; featuring something for everyone. The Wild Board charcuterie board featured sliced applewood smoked duck breast, cheese and fruits. It was a light, healthy start that even duck haters enjoyed. The buffalo cauliflower was tender and tasty, and served with blue cheese and ranch.

The house salad was fresh and huge and made more than a meal with the soup of the day—a spicy chicken tortilla. Moroccan salmon, fig jam burger, and grilled chicken parm were delicious entrees ordered at our table. The chicken parm featured a generous amount (2 meals worth) of perfectly grilled chicken breast, sautéed spinach, a roasted garlic tomato compote, and fresh burrata—such a healthy, creative take on the old Italian standard! My friend raved about the burger, and the salmon looked great.

Although I was too stuffed to try the limoncello cake, it was devoured happily by several friends. I will be back to introduce more friends to this creative restaurant!

The brunch menu was diverse and quite unique.
French press coffee a delightful addition. The decor is impressive, artwork adds to the ambiance. I cannot wait to try their dinners.

What an awesome restaurant! Every dish is a work of art! Try the nachos appetizer with chorizo. An explosion of flavors. The grilled chicken parm was the best I ever tasted! You can cut the Kobe steak with a fork! Our waitress, Gabby, was delightful! You will not be disappointed! Shana has done an amazing job!

Lovely low key anniversary dinner. First time out to eat in a long time (thanks coronavirus) and it was delightful. One of the most delicious burgers I've ever had. The fig dressed salad was delicious.

My wife and I went tonight and all I can say is wow! She had the mussels with pasta (phenomenal) and I had the seafood platter. As an avid restaurant visitor and brutally honest critiquing, I have to say shaynas wild fig earned a solid 5 stars and I would have put more if I could! Absolute perfection from everything to service, taste, and display! Highly recommended! Thank you shayna for a phenomenal experience!

Went there this evening. We had the steak Gorgonzola . Everything cooked to perfection. Service very good. Desserts excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special evening. It is a little on the expensive side but well worth it. Hope they do well where they are located.

Outstanding service. Phenomenal food. Was here from Florida and found them on google. So happy we visited. Every dish was superb and full of flavor. It is BYOB but that was fine. Saved us money bringing our own wine!! Got to spend more on food. Very pleased and will be back next time we're in town. Thanks so much to the owner and the staff!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Came here for the 1st time and wasn't disappointed. The food is awesome and the waitress was superb. If you haven't tried this place you should. It really is a diamond and deserves to be packed every night! Just awesome!

The cheese plate was out of this world! Fresh, seasonal and savory. Shana and her wait staff couldn’t have been nicer. We can’t wait to go back and try more of her menu!

Hidden gem in the heart of Blackwood, NJ. The menu is different than any other restaurant I’ve been to in South Jersey. Five stars!
