Yes, yes and yes! Authentic, delicious food, pupusas are on the larger side. We had enchiladas salvadoreña with beef and ordered a large quesadilla to take home. We also plan to share it with our family. I love the art on the walls, flowers on tables and the display of souvenirs. We had a great experience and will be back!

First off cute little restaurant,, a bit dark but to be honest I could care less. I got the food Togo, the papusas were hefty and packed with flavor I got Lorroco, Revuleta, and Pollo y queso. For $3.25 a papusa they are truly worth it, the curtido was seasoned well and the salsa was good. However, I wish the salsa had more heat. I also got casamiento, which looked more like pureed black beans well seasoned mixed with white rice. The casamiento have a heavy chicken stock presence. Also a word of warning the horchata is super sweet and the large $8 drink is well worth it!
Definitely worth coming again.

Ordered the Recuerdos for takeout and was amazed at how delicious, crispy and fresh everything was with the added bonus of being absolutely beautifully plated in a large takeout tray. Way more food than we expected for the price. Highly recommend!

Very happy to have found a Salvadoran restaurant “El Torogoz.” I would highly recommend this place in Clementon, NJ. My family and I really enjoyed everything we had.

Me mude recientemente a Berlin desde Elizabeth pense que no iba a comer mis pupusas en un buen tiempo para sorpresa y bendicion me encontre con este restaurante muy buenas pupusas y el servicio espectacular los muchachos tienen un increible servicio al cliente he llamado para ir a recojer y siempre mi comida ya esta lista sin duda lo recomiendo ademas tienen cositas tipicas de mi amado el Salvador
