I visited the store a few days ago to purchase a few things. As soon as I entered, I was greeted. Jeff was helpful and even gave me a discount on a product I purchased. The assistant at the cash register was friendly. I felt welcomed. I will be returning. Thank you again Jeff

New to area and wandered in. Was immediately asked if I needed help. I said I was just looking and I was left to just look, like I wanted to. Found one product that I would have paid twice as much on line for. Have many very good, natural products. I bought an eyeliner, lip liner, brush, 2 oils, clear lip gloss and paid less than $20 for all. Everything I have used I have been more than satisfied with. Will be visiting this store again.

I've been going to this place for several years now because they are less expensive than other beauty stores I've been to. I'm big on customer service and the Asian lady behind the counter and the Asian man (I believe the owners) are always very nice and polite to me. Very patient and helpful as well. Sometime I''m indecisive on what I want and he consistently takes the time out to help me choose by opening the product, allowing me to compare texture and color...with a smile...I've read some of the negative comments and it has me wondering if this is even the same person since I've NEVER encountered anything other than respect and courtesy from them...they also give me free sample products with each purchase and have been consistently over the years...

Very nice and friendly customer service. Prices are great.
The owner was very patient with me and did not rush me at all; Especially when it was very close to closing time. He was so kind and didn't mind opening packages to show me different ponytail styles.
I will definitely drive back to this beauty supply store even if it's 45mins away from my home it's worth it .

Beauty world was a great place to go to they carry a large number of several different types, kinds,colors,of anything your heart might desire. When you walk in there is so much to look at that it is hard to make your selection. Great courteous fast service. Their supply of different products is great and they are very knowledgeable about their products. The prices are reasonable and the quality is good. You will be glad you chose to shop there.
