Book Asylum

Great book store. The books are high quality and the prices are very reasonable. Owner is very friendly, helpful and is great to share a conversation with about books. Wish I had time to purchase coffee!

When I am back visiting my family in Washington Township, I always make an effort to come visit Book Asylum since their used book collection is vast, and the owners are really helpful and pleasant. Also, their cafe is such a nice addition to the book store. I will be back again!

Excellent little bookstore with a wide variety of printed material; all genres, and exceedingly helpful staff. The owner is pleasant and makes a damn fine latte. Can't wait to visit on a night when they have music!

How does one describe a bookstore like Book Asylum? My happy place. Used books. New books. I want them to have more business so they stay around but I also don't want to share.

A must for any book lover. Their books include a wide range of topics at very reasonable prices. The owners are fantastic people. This shop is a rare find.

Excellent selection of books for being such a small place. The attached café is a great place to hang out and enjoy some coffee, baked goods, good company, and live music.

I have explored the shelves of The Book Asylum on more then one occasion and I have to say I have always found what I was looking for, and it should be known sometimes I didn't know what I was looking for and still found it.
