Summer Station Hotel

Have stayed here for many years. Every condo and all their amenities are outstanding. The staff is very wonderful and very accommodating. This is a fabulous place to stay when vacationing in Cape May.

Just visited for a 2nd time and it only got better, thanks see you next year.

We have been staying at Summer Station for about 8 summers now. We started off in one of the regular rooms but the past few years we've done an oceanfront condo. We absolutely love everything about it. Proximity to the beach, the mall, the center of town is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. We love coming here and look forward to our stay every August.

2nd floor pool was great.
Room was clean and dishes, glasses, pots and pans were well stocked.
If you have a large vehicle, like a dually, you should be prepared as most of the spaces are smallish.

Excellent place to stay for easy access to the beach. The rooms are simple yet meet all your travel needs.

This was our second visit. Both times were excellent experiences. The accommodations are lovely, very clean and extremely comfortable. In addition the staff from the excellent customer service from the front desk personnel, the cleaning staff and maintenance personal were all delightful, accommodating, very professional and pleasant. Thank you to all at Summer Station who helped make our experience great while throughout our stay!

I've literally been coming here with my family since I was 6 months old. So many childhood memories! My parents continue to get a place each summer and invite me, my siblings, and our wives and we still have a great time! I'm 27 now, and my wife and I just reserved an ocean front room for our upcoming wedding anniversary in October and we are so excited!
We had a recent stay this week with my parents since they did their annual Cape May vacation. I wanted to make sure to leave a good review in these COVID19 times! The suites are spacious (good for keeping distance from each other!), and very clean! Bedding and towels were provided and also clean. They used to do full maid service each day, but for right now they just replace towels and take trash out, which is totally fine. We chatted with one of the maids (she's been working there almost as long as we have been staying there!) and she said they do a bigger clean between guests checking in/out. Limits contact and makes sure everything is totally clean between parties, so makes sense to me!
Can't beat the view and distance from the beach and the town! They prices are great for all that you get, especially compared to other hotels. Checked prices at other places for our October stay, and most places were just a room with a bathroom and maybe a kitchenette if you're lucky for over $250/night, in October! Crazy. But here it's 2 bedroom, bathroom (sometimes 2 bathrooms depending), living room, FULL kitchen, balcony, and an oceanfront was just $170 a night! Absolutely great deal!
Summer Station is a fantastic hidden gem (doesn't come up on many Cape May hotel searches, and I think that's saving it from going sideways, honestly) and I'm looking forward to coming here for many more years to come!

I've been staying here with my family for 20+ years now! Very clean, spacious and nicely furnished, fantastic kitchen, very comfy. Maybe 50 steps to the beach, food super close (great bar/restaurant next door), 5 minute walk to outdoor mall. Staff are courteous and helpful. I stay here typically every year. Pool is never crowded, vending machines on all floors, stairs and elevator. Good parking too, you're not squished together like some hotels. I'm a Hilton/Hyatt person so my expectations are very high, I would highly recommend Summer Station to any picky person or clean freak!! The only downfall is that its 2016 and you still can't book online!? Other then that, its 95 out of 100! Enjoy, biggest, cleanest and nicest bang for your buck! Absolutely love it here!

Great location, very friendly staff. Rooms were perfect, had all the amenities you would need. Can walk across the street to the beach. Downtown is a very quick car trip, but it's also within walking distance. We've stayed here multiple times we liked it so much

Summer Station is an excellent place to stay. I have been coming to Summer Station for 13 years. They are accommodating, clean, professional yet friendly. The condos are roomy and updated. This location is so convenient to everything Cape May!

Have been stay at the Summer Station Hotel for many years with my Wife. In late December 2021 we had planned to stay a few days to celebrate my Birthday. On very short notice we had to cancel do to Covid issues. Never asked for a refund, but received one in early January. It didn't have to be done and was greatly appreciated. These are the kind of people you want to do business with and were are looking forward to our next stay in the early spring. . Bill Reilly, Philadelphia Pa.

We have stayed here with our family a few years now. We love it. Lots of space for the kids. Great kitchens. Bathrooms are nice. Bedrooms are really spacious. Book early so you can have an awesome ocean view.

My family and I discovered this hotel a few years ago and we have been coming back every year since. The location is great and close to everything. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous.

We have been staying at the Summer Station Hotel for about 9 years in a row. Location is great, right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to the downtown shops.

Perfect for our family get together. Perfect location and reasonably priced! Hopefully will get the opportunity to stay here again.

Love it my sister pick this one because our other one was booked. Boy am I glad they were. Great place walking distance from downtown. We will be going back there next year.

Didn't stay the night but visited a friend staying here. Gorgeous rooms, close to beach. Two bedroom suites. Definitely on my list of places to stay.

Very close to the beach. The front desk attendants are very nice. I had a room close to the bar next door and I could not hear much noise. I'd love to stay here again.
