Cintas First Aid & Safety

11 Cooper has worked with Cintas for a few years and we have no complaints with anything. Our First Aid and Safety Service Rep Kyle is a go getter, very friendly, professional and always accommodates us with our first aid and safety needs. Kyle has been a tremendous help for us during the pandemic. From the start of the pandemic he has supplied us with various PEP equipment that we sometimes were unable to find elsewhere. Not only do we use Cintas for first aid and safety but we also rent uniforms from them. Bo is great, the uniforms are always on time and he is very accessible anytime we need help with uniform orders and shipments.

I have a complaint I was driving down 42 yesterday June 3 at 3:38 PM one of your drivers cut me off and then he gave me the finger! His license plate number was ZSF2275. I did nothing The traffic was really bad yesterday and he seem frustrated he just cut me off almost hit my car and then put his hand out the window with his middle finger. I know your company prides itself on Customer Service I just thought that was totally disrespectful and I hope that he gets reprimanded for that. It was totally uncalled for.
