Out of the Past Antiques

Inside this charming little shop, we found way more treasures than you’d think could fit inside. We discovered carefully displayed vintage and antique items in great condition. Quite a range of items, including some uranium glass. The biggest surprise was an extensive collection of Stangl ware! The friendly proprietor knows her stuff and was helpful and informative. We’ll be back!

Having been living here for a couple years now, this little antique store has always and will forever catch my eye. I finally had the pleasure of going in and it was an absolute wonderland of retro trinkets. The shop owner is a doll, and is the sweetest woman to talk to. She is very insightful about everything in her trove and is delighted to help out. My new favorite antique shop !

Lovely shop! Well curated, with many unique finds. The prices are excellent, especially considering the area. Our whole shopping experience was pleasant. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly.

Love Capemay and October is my favorite time there. This quaint little shop is truly a trip down memory lane and I always manage to find something( whether I need it or not) .:0) The owner is kind, helpful and knowledgable! This is a lovely little shop with a bit of everything! Antiques are well organized in case you know exactly what you’re looking for, but there’s still plenty of surprises. This store is the perfect size if you don’t have much time, but hate to not be able to look at everything. And the shop owner was a pleasure to talk with. I bought two handcrafted dolls and spent a bit of time trying to decipher old prescriptions.

We had a great time in the store. The owner is super nice and helpful. It feels like traveling back in time. The store is clean and organized.

Out of the past was an excellent experience. Once I walked through the store I felt like I was a child all over again. I believe everyone deserves to feel like this. Had such a pleasurable experience at Out of the Past Antiques! Jeanne was such a pleasure to deal with and had such excellent service. They had so many nice things- something for everyone/ age! Will definitely be making another stop on my next trip to Cape May.

We had so much fun here. Really interesting and good stuff. I collect old sewing notions and she had a wonderful selection.

My girlfriend and I went a few weeks ago and loved everything in the store. From the tiny dollhouse furniture to the antique greeting cards. The owner is also super nice and knowledgeable! We'll be back next time we're in Cape May!

My wife and I came in during a day trip and it was a great little shop to see old things. Jeanne was great to talk with. She was very knowledgable about everything in the store and we had a great time talking with her and learning about the stuff she buys. The things in the store have memories or history attached to them, and my wife and I loved perusing them and learning about that history. Will definitely go back next time we're in Cape May.

Super cool little place. Me and my friends are all into collecting anything we find cool. Sports cards, old bottles, magazines. You name it and I’m sure we’ve bought it. We’re all in high school so whatever money we have we spend on the weekends at antique stores across Cape May. This was my first time stopping in here even though I’ve passed it a million times. Quite a variety of different stuff for a place so small. Some things I collect are matchbooks and coins/ tokens. So I ended up buying a WWII rations token and a pack of matches for only 2 dollars. And my girlfriend got a picture Barbara Streisand, which the woman there gave her a couple of dollars off, for and an old map of New Jersey. She also gave us postcards that have a picture of the store on the front for free. Really cool place and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Fantastic little shop! The shop owner is so kind and helpful, and the selection is lovely. I was able to find the perfect gifts for my antique-loving mama! A must stop for antique lovers.

Lovely store!! Jeanne the owner was so sweet and helpful. The store is way bigger on the inside than it looks. Everything was very organized and there were some great pieces. Definitely recommend if you like cozy little antique stores! I will definitely be coming again!

Very intimate, cozy shop with an interesting selection of items from long ago. We picked up a beautiful painting of Cape May as well as some vintage pins.

A store as charming as it is tiny. They really have an extraordinary well curated selection and are as friendly as can be. The vintage photos and antique knife we took home are amazing additions and I'm so glad we found them here.
