Panda Express

So I made a mistake and thought they had forgotten the receipt to my food. I thought this after just leaving and checking my bag and not seeing the receipt right away. Anyway I go inside and wait in line to speak to someone. They were getting busy and were not able to help with my issues at that time. I needed to get back to my hotel to eat and get ready for bed. The manager I am assuming Terrell asked me to write down my order and phone number because I said it would be ok for him to text me the receipt. This was an awesome way to handle the situation. I needed the receipt because I was on a business trip and my company would only reimburse my meals if I had a receipt. When I got back to my hotel room and started laying out the food I found in the bottom of my bag the receipt. I felt very foolish. An the today I received a text containing the receipt. So I am writing this review as a way of thanks to Terrell and the crew for helping out with this issue that I caused. They are great patient people that have follow through. I hope the right people read this review and give them the accolades they deserve. Thank Panda Express crew you guys are awesome.

Definitely not a China Town equivalent but not bad either. You can sample before you buy and satisfaction is guaranteed. I like that I'm not overloaded with options needing explanations..had it..liked it..let's go eat. Enjoy!!

I love this Panda Express. And the fact that it is close to my home in Philly just makes it better. Great tasting orange chicken, excellent honey walnut shrimp and delicious teriyaki chicken. The fried rice is always fresh also. The staff are very friendly, especially Ej. He is an asset to this business and I always look forward to his positivity. I hope that he's rewarded for his professionalism and great attitude.

I ordered here through Uber eats a few weeks ago and they unfortunately didn’t package a portion of my meal (and Uber eats didn’t refund me so I was a bit upset). I called and told Panda Express and they were very apologetic but there wasn’t much they could do. Tonight I gave them another shot (because the food is so delicious) and ordered through Doordash. I called the store and asked if they could add the portion of the meal they missed last time to my order and the manager was incredibly gracious and agreed to make it right. I just got my meal. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. I 100% could not recommend this place more. Love this place.

Great Panda Express !
Panda Express is a fast food where you can choose one side (rice, noodles, vegetables, etc.) And one, two or three meats (great choice).
Here, the staff is very friendly and professional.

I've been to Panda Express hundreds of times, and now we finally have a local one! Best fast food you'll ever get. Great location with good service here.
PANDA PRO-TIPS:
1. Adding a drink to your order costs more than getting a bigger plate over a plate. Skip the sugary soda, get a water and add that delicious whole third entree for less $.
2. Check the back of your receipt. You can get a free third entree on your next purchase by doing a quick survey on the phone. Keep the receipt with the code they give you and boom free upgrade to bigger plate. Do this every time.
3. Get half chow mein half fried rice to get the most out of your side order.
4. Fortune cookies are free. You can ask for more lol

This location has the best food ! I got have rice half noodle bigger plate with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and honey sesame chicken 🤤🤤🤤 their chef there knows how to cook !! Amazing 🤩

Portions so generous, the girl behind the counter was very generous.

Good portions ample seating and public rest room and electric outlets for commuting. Walmart plaza and Ross/Planet Fitness Dollar Tree Plaza adjacently to Starbucks Cherry Hill.

I almost didn't order here because of all the negative reviews. However, I couldn't resist the family bundle deal for $20, plus I was already next door at Lidl. So I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered my food thru their website and picked it up at the designated time. There was no issue, service was good. 5 stars for value and service, 4 stars for taste. I picked the food up around 1pm so it was fresh.

Food was freshly made and the environment was very clean! Luis served us and was very pleasant.

Food is great, get good quantity for the price. Have used the drive- thru several times. The service was fast and staff are always friendly. Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat. Glad they opened close to my home.

First time coming there yesterday and the service was excellent! A girl called me ma’am in the drive-thru and handed me all my sauces. I didn’t even have to ask her for anything! I tipped her well I think her name is Amari

It was busy when I went,the guy Terrell was amazing he took my order,cooked the food and had me and about three other people out of there in a matter of minutes,I never had steak from Panda that good in all the yrs I been going,I will be going back long as he is working he should cook everyday but I think he is the manager

Customer service always available to help with any questions and with the smile,very friendly the speak Spanish and Ingles and I love it.. food always fresh and good tastes and the restaurant always clean..

So happy that South Jersey finally has its own Panda Express. Went there yesterday for dinner. Good service. Good food. Did not encounter any of the problems that people in previous posts have written.

I had never really tried Chinese before so I figured I’d try a chain first. Food is pretty decent although they ran out of Rangoons once. I like that they have a drive thru, very convenient.
