What a great quick breakfast place! Great location! Kind and friendly and delish!! They are so accommodating, too. We had a little poodle with my family and the worker offered him a treat. He is a picky little dog and turned it down. She was determined to give him a treat so she whipped out 2 more options for our poodle to try. Even though he snubbed all 3 treats, it was so generous of her! What a good laugh.
Then, even better, I brought my own Gluten Free bagel to see if I can get an Bacon Egg and Cheese on the side to put on my bagel myself. The owner (I think) offered to take my bagel for me and prepared me a delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese on my own GF bagel! (They do offer gluten free bread but I really wanted a bagel sandwich) I don't have cross contamination issues so this was perfect for me. It made me so happy! Thank you and can't wait to go back when we visit Cape May again. Next time, I'm trying the Lox ;)

Such a great spot to get a good bagel sandwich, breakfast smoothie, and a good ol’ cup of joe. This is such a staple whenever I’m down at the shore. I always tell people to come here when they’re down in Cape May. Love coming here!

Great location by the beach. The staff was friendly and the sandwiches were delicious! The iced coffee was also a hit! The new management is doing a fantastic job.

We had a bagel sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, and two lattes. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff could not have been kinder. Purchase a few baked goods on the way out, which are also delicious. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service. We go here every morning on vacation, best bagels and coffee on the beach!

Have been going here for years and noticed new owners this year. They are doing a great job. Called in an order on a late Sunday morning and walked with the kids to pick it up, shop was packed. Everyone working there was smiling and doing everything they could to make sure each customer got exactly what they needed. Dominic went out of his way for my order because of us waiting a few extra minutes because they were so busy. This place already has the best bagels(breakfast sandwiches too) in town, hands down, but now there is not chance of me going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Came here hungry after a bad experience at a local waterfront restaurant. Our breakfast sandwiches here were great, and my son loved his smoothie. Service was fast and friendly, and there was ample room to sit outside.

Food was yummy! It smelled so good in there and everyone was so pleasant...highly recommend!

Are 6 stars possible? New owners are so friendly. Best bagels in Cape May and never had better coffee. Fresh homemade cream cheese lots of choices. We took wraps and Kaiser sandwiches to the beach and went back for fresh berry and green smoothies. They even remembered my name. Yum!

This year was the first time my family and I went here and boy am I upset I didn’t find this place sooner. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I only stayed in Cape May for the week but by the last day they recognized me which is surprising considering how many people they serve in a day but very welcomed. The coffee is great and the wraps are sooo good. I got the Rio and wow. Delicious. Next year I will definitely be going back.

This is a great place with excellent breakfast bagels and absolutely delicious coffee! The people who served us were very friendly and fun. This was our second visit in three days and we will definitely go back the next time we are in Cape May! Josie ❤

Super location. Busy. Really good coffee and the bagels are large and tasty! Solid staffing and decent amount of outdoor seating. Friendly atmosphere . Variety of selections at the coffee station.

This place is DELICIOUS! Best pork roll, egg and cheese I’ve ever had!! The owner is so friendly and attentive. I’ll never go anywhere else for breakfast in cape may again!!

Easily one of the best iced lattes I've ever had! Staff was wonderful. Despite a line wrapped around the door, they kept the line moving and I was able to place my order and get my food super quickly, they have everything very well managed! (:

WOW!!! What a surprisingly, drastic change CM Avalon Coffee has undergone since the new owner Dom and his staff took over this summer. Service is pleasant and efficient and bagels and breakfast sandwiches delicious; coffee drinks and smoothies are perfect. CM Avalon Coffee has become my go breakfast spot.

10/10 the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Their French toast bagel is a must try! And the beach butter is to die for. They pair perfectly together.
