Cross Keys Animal Hospital

I've been going to CKAH for the past few years and have brought dogs, cats, even chickens to be cared for...both routine and semi-emergency. All of their staff has been compassionate, kind, patient and caring. Their pricing is affordable and they give you options rather just doing what they want to do and telling you after the fact what your total is. They explain their suggestions but put the ball in your court without judgement. I've seen all of the vets at this practice and they're all amazing. I highly recommend, and will continue coming to this practice even after we move even if I have to travel an hour to get there.

The compassion of the team that works here knows no bounds. The way they rooted for my dog Roscoe through an impossible situation really brought joy to his final months. They did everything they could to prolong his life and ended up getting us 5 additional months with our boy when we thought we’d lose him back in October.

I can’t recommend them enough. Your animal will be lucky to be cared for by a team, including everyone from the front desk crew to the vets themselves, who genuinely care about them as more than just a patient.

I can't say enough about the wonderful people that work here. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, everyone is first rate! And the doctors! Exceptional! Especially Buddy's wonderful doctor, Doctor Masso! She is second to none. A wonderful place to take your fur baby!

Dr. Wilson was great with my pitbull boxer puppy. The whole staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and definitely trained on how to properly handle our furry companion!

Cross keys animal hospital have the best doctors and staff. My dog charlie has seizure issues and they bend over backwards to give him living care. We love them!!

We’ve been going to Cross Keys with our foster kitten, Mac. He is a little bit of a special kitten who needs a bit more care than your normal kitty. Mac is partially incontinent and needs to be stimulated or expressed to fully empty his bladder. We’ve seen Dr, Ana, Dr. Wilson and Dr. Masso and I honestly can’t rave enough about all 3 doctors and the whole staff at Cross Keys. They’ve never once made us feel like Mac was any less important than any other patient because he is a little different and ALWAYS listen to our concerns. Everyone there makes us feel incredibly welcome and the doctors genuinely care. They’re all so amazing!

Amazing veterinarian services for animal's; staff was very compassionate and professional. We were so thrilled that we stumbled across this animal vet office online and scheduled an appointment. No one else in the area seemed to be accepting new patients, especially during the continued Cronna Pandemic. From the moment we entered the front door, we knew this was the right decision for Baby Brody for his 1st annual check-up. We are now hooked and lifelong clients.

I have many senior cats, some with health problems and some have needed surgeries and all the drs. have been amazing! They are always available and each dr. is familiar with all of my cats and their medical history and have always been kind and caring.

The doctors, techs, and staff are all very competent and compassionate. They go out of their way to accommodate and help to make what can be a stressful pet visit much calmer.

The staff here are wonderful & Dr. Wilson is amazing. Highly recommend for pet care, they are typically very busy but the staff are always kind and professional and they text / email about appointment reminders! On top of that, I believe they are fairly lower expense wise versus other veterinary offices in the area.

My dog has been a patient for almost 8 years. Highly recommend this clinic for all pet owners. Never an issue getting appointments when needed and they are also open Saturdays too for flexibility. Everyone is very friendly and gentle with the pets.

Dr. Masso was great today. She took great care of Max and told me I was a good cat mom. I felt great when I left. Max, not so much😊
