Isabella really helped me a lot! She got me the new Samsung s24 ultra for $1000 off trading in an old note 8. It only added $30 to my bill. She even talked about direct tv stream which I’m really considering switching because of how cheap it is compared to other providers. Great service there, extremely friendly and always looking out for the customer :)

The staff there was very pleasant and extremely helpful with my damaged phone upgrade! They were able to work through a broken screen to get the phone to work long enough to get all the data off the phone! Very enjoyable, easy, and painless experience! I recommend this store hands down !

Helped me out when my wife broke her phone. She went over different contract incentives that benefited my wife as she is a nurse. She also helped my wife set up her phone and watch. This was the only store that had the phone in stock and didn't have to order and wait.

My husband and I came into this store numerous times and every single time we have dealt with Lynette.. she is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is kind, patient, answers every single question and she knows EVERYTHING that she is doing!! It is so hard to find great help these days with fantastic work ethic. Well let me say this DO NOT EVER LET THIS EMPLOYEE EVER EVER LEAVE!!! Give her a raise she so deserves it.. she was working with one customer and then helping another employee.. we were with another employee who started to assist us then walked away called her boss and left us in the middle of helping us.. not Lynnette she took over and helped everyone with kindness and a smile!!! She is a star employee! And your company is very very lucky to have her!!!

Mannie and Avery were so amazing and great to work with!!! They were so kind and helpful during my entire visit! I genuinely had fun talking to them and I really enjoyed coming in because of them! Very excellent store. The people who work there are very professional funny clean and will take excellent care of you 1000 percent. If they had a option for 1000 stars I'd give it to this store. If you're not going to this store you're missing out definitely go in there and show love and get a line or two with them. They have really excellent deals and all kinds of promotions

Kevin was the absolute epitome of customer service! I saw him give each and every customer the time and attention they needed. He was kind, patient and helpful. He even gave each person his email for further questions and help if needed later after their visit to the store. I needed a new phone that I reluctantly bought, but Kevin made the experience worth it. He took the extra time with me that I needed. He stayed late at the store to assist me. He was the best!

Matthew was AMAZING. I walked into the store on a Sunday with two elderly couples ahead of me, he was the only one in the store. My wait was probably about 45 mins to an hour so I had a lot of time to observe before he even got to help me. He is amazing, he is patient and helpful. PATIENT was the big key word because everyone knows how frustrating it can get to teach someone who has never used an iPhone before how to use one. He never not had a smile on his face and was so polite he even opened the door for the elderly lady that was walking out with a cane and an oxygen tank. Sunday I would think would be one of the busiest days in the store specially since it’s the day most people run and get errands done. Matthew was by himself and did a great job juggling all of his customers to ensure no one felt like they were being ignored. When it came my turn, he was patient, kind, and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and services and really helped me get the things I wanted. Above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Matthew’s customer service delivery.
For AT&T, better staffing and proper planning is recommended. It is unfair to have one person for 6 hours and expect them to cater to multiple people at once by themselves. I understand some days are busier than others but to have ONE person staffing a store for 6 hours, how can he have ate, drank, even went to the bathroom? To have such amazing staff, selling your products and bringing in the profit - treat them better and fairly. I’m sure one extra person on a Sunday won’t hurt such a big company.

I had one of the most amazing experiences at AT&T today. I had the pleasure to have been helped, by James (Jimmy). He was the most professional, knowledgeable and caring Sales staff member, I have had in too many years to remember. After just a few moments of speaking with him, I knew I was in excellent hands. It's tough enough having to speak and be understood while wearing our mask, but he took that in stride, and exceeded my expectations. I just spoke to my family members, and told them all how my experience was. On top of amazing service, the store was inviting, organized and immaculate. Dan, the stores manager was also very welcoming and professional, my experience was an absolute pleasure! I will be referring all of my friends and family to this wonderful store. Thank you guys for making my experience amazing today!!

Daniel was amazing! He was the ultimate multi-tasker, he was working alone. He managed to assist a customer, answer phones, and acknowledge everyone coming through the door and thank them for their patience all at the same time. We really should have been thanking him!
He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and looks for best deal/plans for each individual customer. He was able to set up my new iPhone, which I was nervous about doing on my own at home. Through everything else he was doing, he managed to take the time to chat with my toddler about superheroes and even put on a show on AT&T TV to keep him occupied. He was amazing! I love my new phone & walked out very happy. 😊

I am very happy Lily E. was working 1/9/23. After going to two different locations during normal business hours they were closed. (Gloucester township premium outlets- staff member came to the locked door to say “oh we haven’t been that busy since 5pm, so everything is already shut down 5:40pm 1/8/23” Glassboro location for whatever reason they were closed on my lunch break 1:04pm- honestly thought they may have had a lunch break at this time as well; Ironically, went after work at 5:15pm they were still closed- 1/9/23) I decided to give one more chance and go to a third location (Sewell) Without having a phone, no gps or internet I prayed they were open. Lily acknowledged my presence soon as I walked into the store. She saw panic on my face and instantly said, “Breathe we will help you and I’m going to make sure you do not walk out here without any source of communication.” Not only did she help, Lily was able to provide me with further assistance to fix my other concerns also. To be very honest, being a customer with AT&T for over 15 years the experience I had this weekend almost made me change to another cellular company. However, I have always admired the customer service with AT&T. Lily’s assistance, great personality, and knowledge she is the reason I am remaining a long time customer with AT&T.

I had a wonderful experience at my local AT&T store. I dropped my phone cracking the screen. I took it to the AT&T store and was greeted by Jasmin. She was wonderful! Before I knew it I not only had a new "free" phone, but am able to have my old phone repaired! Kootos to AT&T for hiring such an amazing, professional, knowledgeable person to represent your company! 👏

I received excellent service at the AT&T Store on Tuckahoe Road in Sewell, NJ. I can not say enough good things about Jazmyne Wilson. Her customer service, her product and service knowledge and her professionalism were all 10/10! If you don’t like dealing with AT&T online and you live in the area you should consider shopping at the store with Jazmyne. She explained everything so well and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again.

I went into the AT&T Store in Sewell on Friday. I needed to upgrade my old iPhone to the new iPhone 13 Pro Max. Kyle was so helpful and made the process super easy. He helped me pick out accessories for my phone as well. Very appreciative for his help!
