Old Navy

I went early in the afternoon during the week, so it wasn't super crowded. I was able to try on a few things, and the attendant in there made sure things were clean and ran smoothly. Once at the register, the wait wasn't very long as there were 2 cashiers. They both seemed friendly and worked as quickly as they could to help get us out in a timely manner. If in the area, i would shop at that store again.

The staff were welcoming and polite. Each and every staff member said hello and asked if I needed anything. When I said no thank you they gave their name and told me if I needed anything to just ask. This store got the fifth star because the young lady ( African American) was so genuinely nice and polite. Smiled. Made eye contact and was very engaging.
I really appreciated that.

I loved Dessa ! And her manager ! I didn’t get his name but my sister and I walked in as soon as the store opened with a return and repurchase to be able to use our super cash. They gave us the best service ever ! Super friendly ! Profesional ! And kept a smile and their Patience level never changed. I can’t stress enough how happy we are with their service.

Did a return from an on line purchase. Store was clean. Sales associate extremely professional. Greeted each customer the same way, with a smile. Tshirts on table had price sign switched so incorrect price came up at register. Will visit again

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the store was very neat and orderly (especially considering how busy they were that day!). I had never really shopped at any old navy before, but now I would definitely go back.

I’m reaching out regarding your store in Sewell (Sicklerville), New Jersey. I can hands down say I received some of the best customer service at this store when my family and I went yesterday.
Let me explain- my family and I moved last week, so my daughter is having to switch schools. Her new school requires a uniform (khakis and blue pants, collared shirts), so it’s slim pickings as to where we can go to get these. I started my day off at Wal-Mart, because I could vaguely remember seeing uniform clothes there. I found one section of uniforms but they were in small children’s sizes (my daughter is almost 13 and is on that border between kids and juniors/misses clothing). I stopped the one and only employee I could find at Wal-Mart to ask if there were other sections, and this woman interrupted me to say “I’m only the switch board operator, so I can’t help you.” And was very rude about it. There was no ‘let me find someone who could assist you’, or ‘I’m not sure, but let’s find out’. Just interrupted me, and shut me down. I ended up putting back all of the clothes I had picked up, because if you’re going to be that rude I’m not buying anything from them.
So this leads me to going to Old Navy. We found the uniform section and we were trying on different sizes for pants. The kids size 16 was a bit too tight and the 18’s (which was as high as it was going to go in kids) was too big. I was getting very frustrated, because the only ‘in between’ was a 16 HUSKY. Listen, my daughter is NOT husky. She is tall and thin, and I’m not putting her in something labeled husky and give her the impression that she’s fat.
Anyway, we’re sitting outside of the dressing room, and I’m getting more and more frustrated as we’re trying to figure the sizes out, when this woman asks if we needed help. Her name is Judy. I explained everything to her and like an angel, she just took over. She took one look at my daughter and explained that she might be in women’s pants (not kids, because she’s a little over 5’4”), and made a few suggestions. Judy then went and grabbed the pants that she wanted my daughter to try on. Within 5 minutes, we narrowed down the size my daughter needed, and she even went and got the different pants we needed to buy and brought them to us.
Judy saw my frustration and reassured me. She was amazing, helped my husband and me in every aspect, and even told me what to expect as my daughter grew (stemming from her own experience with her own daughter). I want Old Navy to know that they have amazing employees at this store, and I will ONLY be buying my daughter’s uniforms from them.

This store is size inclusive. I go into our local store and leave empty handed and disappointed. Today I went to this store after leaving Lane Bryant with those feelings and had those expectations here to be very surprised and spend far more than I expected, but didn't want to leave without the clothes I found.

Love old navy’s clothes, they have such nice clothes for the whole family. The prices are reasonable and they always have a great sales.
