This store is the best in the region.
The employees are knowledgeable and caring. They really want to help you find what you need so you don't need to run around looking elsewhere.
The shelves are always well organized way beyond any other home depot I've been to.
The supervisor, Paul, I never see him doing anything but working and helping and always puts the customer first.
I live almost an hour away but THIS is the home depot I travel to because of Paul and all of his help and knowledge.
Paul is an exceptional employee and person in general. He runs his departments smoothly and graciously.

I went into Home Depot on June 15. I lost my receipt and could NOT do the survey! I tested the waters so here is what l found: the Gal cashiering in Garden was extremely pleasant, and my cashier inside the store was quite accommodating! Then l had to talk to the Head Cashier! He was clean cut and listened appropriately as we engaged in our conversation with a smile l might add!! Kudos to the cleanliness of your store and your Associates! Also when l spoke to the Manager on Duty l could hear his smile. I have the right to tell this Manager of this store that he has it going on because l Cashier for Home Depot in Mantua, 0974! Kudos and Bravos to all!! Needless to say it was an excellent visit! P.S. l loved the buckets in the ladder filled with Fathers’ Day items, quite unique! My name is Marilyn Anderson by the way! Sorry can’t give you my numbers but l’m the one that laughs a lot and ‘Mr. T’ will vouch for me!

I have shopped here for 20 years. Very good service, can usually speak to a helpful employee who is willing to help you make selections or find items. It’s Home Depot, the selection is awesome! Prices are a little higher than before the COVID days but still very reasonable. If you ever need a hood contractor to do work, wait in their parking lot and watch all the contractors that stop and shop. Great resource for finding local contractors.

Great big store everything was in its place neat clean and organized. Lots of help plenty tools lots of equipment. Finding our needed supplies wer very easy to find. We went in found what we wanted on no time at all. Lighting was excellent . Large walk way plenty of room to move around . A huge amount of carts n hand dollies. Had no issues or hassles smooth operation at this location.

Went in on Thursday Night with a vendor delayed delivery issue. Went to customer service was so upset since we had contractors starting our flooring. The manager Jason immediately offered resolution and got us a different tile we guaranteed delivery for today (Saturday) and waived delivery costs. Workers Dina & Heather also made the transaction super easy and were extremely helpful in making me feel valued as a customer! Love this location.

Every body at this place is very nice and friendly they love to help I met Mary ,Brian and Viviana they helped me find multiple stuff

I was very impressed with the employee Elyse (or Elise, not sure how to spell her name). She was extremely helpful and so patient. I was hoping she could get recognized in some way by the store. I was very impressed with her professional calm demeanor, even when everything was going wrong with the phone/ computer system and there was a long line etc. She took a very long time calmly helping me with my return even though it wasn’t coming up in the computer at first.

The associates were eager help me. They noticed I needed help and they did so and more. I was able to shop for and find EVERYTHING I needed in less than 15 minutes. This level of service will keep my family, my friends and me coming back.

I can only comment on the garden center, I am a plant person and buy a number of plants from this home depot. It's always clean and organized and the staff are very helpful. The plants are usually healthy to.

Great price and very clean place. I was able to find everything that I needed for outdoor items and more, thanks to thier staff on hand who are always willing to help you find what you need.

They have some great Halloween decorations this years! Several animatronics and a number of static item too.

I’m giving this Home Depot a 5 star rating because of Mr. Doug in the Kitchen Design Department. He is so patient and professional and has a sense of humor. He dealt with all of our indecisiveness as he wanted to make sure that we were happy with our decisions. He didn’t force his opinion but informed us of his professional knowledge. Thank you Mr. Doug!!

my go to store for home repairs of any kind. recently purchased a lawn mower there. I love the fact that you can look up on your cell or on lap top and locate the item you need to see if they have it in stock and what isle and what bay it is located in. If the store does not have it you can check other Home Depots or order it. The employees are so helpful and friendly. I just order a stove there which will be delivered in 3 days. That is amazing.

We always have a great experience at our local Home Depot. The staff are super friendly and aways ready to help. Most of them know us by name!

Always has good prices. Then please they are always helpful. I went to other home depots or they weren't so helpful or rude.

They always have what you need I love Home Depot way more than I love Lowe's

Another great trip to home depot. I just moved to this area and this was first time at this location. All the employees were very helpful. We got a array of diffenrt items and everything we couldn't locate there was someone to help us. The guys in the wood section were very helpful. Helped us find the correct wood n even loaded it onto the cart for us. Then a gentleman helped us load it all onto our trailer. Was very impressed with this store.
