Storage Sense - North Cape May

Samantha was there for my family when we got evicted. She kept in touch n always there to help. Really appreciated her awesome customer service. She has nice phone voice too. Thanks.

She saw to it that renting space at her place, was gonna make my life easier at a fair price. The questions I came in with were answered honestly and thoroughly. She even gave me pointers and insight only a professional would know. My family is in good hands.

I wanted to edit my original 3-star review from a few years ago after renting some units.

Samantha made it super easy to reserve two units and it helped greatly when I had to move to another state. The units were clean enough to rent (a little damage to the roof, but no leaking) and everything stayed dry. I had some moisture packs in certain areas to prevent mold which I believe helped since they're not temperature controlled.

The only difficulty I had was when I was closing my second unit. I cleared the unit out several days before the renewal but the office was closed during business hours so I had to call in and make sure they wouldn't renew my contract. The representative over the phone assured me, and so far I have not received any kind of bill, so I'm overall really happy with Storage Sense.

Samantha is the most amazing manager in the world!! I had a problem making a payment at the mamora location and Samantha handled it for me! She deserves a raise and a bonus!

Samantha was extremely helpful. In fact I had a storage unit with A Safe Keeping for a number of years & only just cancelled it in the summer of 2020. We came back to this location as Storage Sense because of our great experience with Samantha's customer service.

I have rented many self storage units over the years, and currently have 3 in different states, and this is by far the best facility I have ever rented from. It is a convenient, secure location with easy access and fair pricing, but what sets it apart from all the others is the service. Sam is amazing and went far above and beyond to accomodate my needs after an error by the call center. She communicates thoroughly and always goes the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. I do not get such high quality service in any other industry, let alone the self storage industry, which is notorious for poor service. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough - don't rent space anywhere else!

I have worked with A Safe Keeping located at 3414 Bayshore Road. North Cape May, for 1 year now and have nothing but praise for this business. Samantha and her colleague are simply the best. Every encounter with Samantha has left me feeling both heard and valued. I had a terrible experience with another storage facility and Samantha came to my aid. jumped in and went over and above to solve my problem, all the while dealing with my frustration with a smile.

Because of Covid 19, I needed short term storage and, once again, Samantha came to my aid.
I will always be grateful for her help and concern!!

Needed a small space for a short period. Becky did a FANTASTIC job helping out, explaining the paperwork and getting me set. Cannot compliment her enough. Space was perfect and a great price.
