The Porch coffee shop was incredible! The BEST lattes and coffees served by the most friendly staff. This location is top notch in every category, however, the customer service is what makes this location a you must visit!

First time dining here, the salmon was excellent, loved the little cucumbers & dill flavor on top. We also had the ribeye. It came with broccolini & fingerling potato’s, really good as well! Service was great, friendly waitress & I loved that we could still hear the live music at our table!! Would definitely go back.

We had a party of seven who all enjoyed our appetizers, dinners, dessert & service!
Amongst our group we enjoyed-Ceviche, Cucumber Pappardelle, Crab Cakes, Pickle-Brined Wings, Tuna Tartar, Onion Rings, Lemon & Herb Roasted Half Chicken, Pork Ragu Calabrese, Grilled Veal Chop, Black Cod & Glass Noodles, Miso Butter Seared Scallops. We tried it ALL!
Do Not OVERLOOK getting the Gifford’s Ice Cream Flight OR a Chocolate Martini!!!
Our bartender Monica was extremely engaging with our crowd & our server Emily was truly delightful!

We went here for breakfast and dinner when we stayed at tue Inn at cape may. The staff there were super friendly and accommodating. Our waitress for dinner had some great advice on the food.

The French onion soup was phenomenal and the roasted chicken was amazing as well! We will definitely be back when we are in cape may again

Have been here before when it was Aleathea's, such was always "okay" and not very remarkable. However, since the change to Ocean 7, the food is now exceptional! My wife has a gluten allergy and there were ample options for her. She had the crab cakes and I had the roasted chicken, both of which were very delicious. The crab cakes were light and flavorful. The chicken was moist and well seasoned, as were the accompanying garlic mashed and hercots verts. They did a nice job refreshing the dining areas and the service was extremely pleasant. If I had to offer any criticism, and mind you this is nit picking, the cinnamon butter for the rolls, while tasty, was a little hard and you could somewhat taste the refrigeration as it was prepped in advance (as one would expect) though possibly not well covered while refrigerated?

Regardless, nothing to get into a twist over and I recommend this venue for dinner.

Last night we had dinner at Ocean 7 and overall, it was very good. The staff from the hotel was very polite with a young man who greeted us at the door happily taking us to the restaurant. What made the evening was the ambiance and the Salty dogs band. As for the food, it didn’t start promising because the bread was cold and stale but moving on the appetizer and the entrees were delicious. Our food was flavorful, and the portions were more than we expected. I highly recommend leaving space for desserts. Even though the ice cream was good the key lime pie stole the show. If you’re in Cape May and looking to go on a nice date you should stop by Ocean 7.

Fantastic place down in Cape May! We were big fans of the previous restaurant, but Ocean 7 is superb. The food was delicious, the ambiance was fresh and updated while still maintaining some Victorian-era charm. My favorite thing on the menu was the French onion soup. It was fabulous! The cheesesteak was also out of this world. We happened to go when there was a band playing outside, and it just elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Terrific place to stay! Loved the old style building and right across the road from the beach. Walking distance to downtown area.

Stopped in for a quick drink while exploring the area. Ordered an espresso martini & the bartender asked if we would like it creamy (w/ baileys) which is always appreciated. Delicious & strong. Decent sized bar, super cute place. Didn’t eat but the menu had some delicious looking options.

I can't say enough about the wonderful menu at Ocean 7 - from breakfast to bar snacks, lunch and dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the vast menu choices during our stay last weekend. We loved the food so much, we ate 3-4 meals here. Each one was better than the last! The portion sizes are perfect as well, and there's truly something for everyone on each menu. We loved the service and hospitality and will absolutely return! Great job Sam and Team!

Absolutely a lovely stay. The staff is exceptional- huge shout outs to Abby, Jason, the Barkeep and the lovely young lady at the front desk. The food was excellent, the beds were so comfortable, we loved our room. Room 415, Thank you!

The staff at Ocean7 is phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Monica and Joe are fabulous bartenders. We were a large group and they put up with our shenanigans with a smile. We sat on the porch, and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ocean 7!

I only ate breakfast here, it was ok, but for the price I thought they could do better... room was great and the people working there, helpful and very pleasant to talk too.

We had a very enjoyable breakfast at Ocean 7. The hotel has undergone a $2 million dollar renovatio , and the lobby is now bright and open, with comfortable seating.

Had an amazing meal here. Great service! Food was excellent. Had the best corn ribs. I've been to almost all Cape may restaurants and this has to be in my top 5.

Fantastic meal and experience. Really nice renovation. Loved the apps and entrees. All top quality and the service was wonderful. Adalia was our server.
Loved the beets and burratta, calamari, and corn ribs apps. Our entrees were bone in rib-eye, cod, half roasted chicken, and crab cakes. Everyone really enjoyed it.
