Amazing customer service, from the time I contacted them with my issue to the end. I would get detailed updates of where in the process the work was at, so there were never any surprises. Their customer portal made it easy for me to see pictures of the work, billing, and any other notes left by any staff member. All staff that contacted me during the work was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. I definitely recommend Premier Pacific Roofing!

PPR installed a metal and asphalt roof replacement. Very processional offering me the 3 requested bids styles including material samples. The tradesmen were on-time and worked in calamitic weather to get the job completed with minimal downtime. The roof looks and functions perfectly. A very happy customer; I highly recommend.

They did a very good job on our very, very complex roof. They needed to replace a fair amount of decking and fascia and they did this at a reasonable cost. In addition they coordinated to get all gutters installed. We changed out 10 skylights which needed drywall repairs because of the old design. The quality control person came out and made sure the drywall was also completed. The crew was nice and worked a lot of long days. It wasn't cheap but I do feel it was a good price for the amount of work. Only downside it I am still finding the occasional screw/nail around the house but that is not that surprising. I would hire them again if we decide to change the garage.

I had 4 roofing companies come and bid on my leaking roof, Premier Pacific was by far the best. Great communication, made sure I understood what they proposed and what they believed was the problem, as well as reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

Premier Pacific Roofing was FABULOUS!!! When embarking on a large project things can and will go wrong. Premier was professional and reassuring all the way through. Ask for Victor he's the best!!! We are very happy with Premier Pacific and would recommend them highly.

He was very responsive and knowledgeable, presenting all the options, providing a detailed quote, and refraining from upselling anything unreasonable or unnecessary. The installation team was efficient, hardworking, and comprised of pleasant individuals. We highly recommend them.

Premier Pacific roofing was quick to respond to my request to fix the flashing around the chimney on our house. It was leaking into the attic and they came out within a day or so and we’re very pleasant and did a wonderful job.

My pleasant experience working with Premier Pacific Roofing Started from the moment I frantically called the company when I realized my roof was leaking. Juan came out to check on the roof (on his day off) and set me up for the best and worst case scenario. He was able to provide me the solutions I need within my budget. I got total of 3 quotes but Juan is the only suggested a metal roof due to low pitch of the roof.

Time to complete the project is off due to raining season and waiting for metal panels to arrive but I was updated in a very timely manner. There were a few hiccups along the way but they immediately remedy the issues. I will definitely work with them again if I have to replace my roof for my rental property.

PPR provided a quote working with additional needs related to but not directly the roof. One week later they were working on the roof even with significant heat. There were some needed after work adjustments needed and their quality crew were on top of it getting everything addressed. I recommend for others their good work and follow up as well.

Fast, efficient, fair pricing and looked great - fully sheeted, architectural shingles, matching vents, heater vents, ties off, etc.
Just survived a 3ft x 150-200 ft Doug fir blow down during brutal recent storm. Damage for sure, but with the previous skip-sheating & cedar roof that was there about 1 yr ago we would have been dead meat.

They gave me fair price, kept on schedule, communicated throughout the job, and provided a quality inspection when the job was completed. Project proposal was easy and pleasant. Answered our questions very well. Recommendations specific to us were very helpful. Work crew was pleasant and efficient. They demonstrated their knowledge and skill and were very careful in protecting plants, yard, etc. Work went very well. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. PPR was great. We needed a new roof and had 4 companies bid the job. PPR was a competitive bid, very professional and willing to work with us. We chose them because we liked their design for attic ventilation which included smart vents for intake and ridge vents for exhaust. Throughout the process we had lots of questions about insulation (which we had to hire another company for) and how best to vent the roof. Jorge worked with us every step of the way answering questions and fixing a couple of things for us at the very end of the job. Highly recommend!

The roof replacement was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The company representatives were responsive to concerns and requests. The new roof adds a distinctive aesthetic to the house, and, so far through rain and snow, it doesn't leak.

I had a complicated roof that was installed in the middle of a heat wave. Premier's crews were always professional and hard-working the entire time. Felix and Josue were timely with excellent communications as the job progressed and had to be modified (not unexpected in a 100-year-old home), or as problems arose. I am a realtor and I recommend Premier now to my family, friends, and clients. And I'm always happy to support a local, family-owned business as well.

Great local company at a great value! These folks are informed, professional, and truly care about not only the quality of their work but about the people under the roofs they build. Saul Ramos worked with us to provide individual roof replacement quotes for each of the four townhome units in our building. Saul was able to answer our many questions and get us the best warranties to protect our investment at the best price, despite the complex nature of this project. Saul was also amazingly responsive, patient, and respectful. We appreciated Premier's transparency and expertise, but most of all we appreciated Saul's friendly, positive attitude.
