Great customer service

It's a beautiful campus in the airport area. I work here at the Family of Companies which is AmeriHealth Caritas. It is a great company to work for with great benefits.

I worked here for two years and I was grateful for the opportunity but upper management could care less about you and the clients we served. It was all about inaccurate analytical data and performance. Lastly , they were so unorganized it was ridiculous.

I find it really disconcerting to discuss my health care with random customer service reps. I'm an adult and don't need a total stranger to remind me about breast cancer screenings. We are also required to notify our docs, when we go in for an appt., that we are there for our "yearly healing behaviors." It's incredibly condescending.

Less and less coverage.....tell drs what they can and cannot prescribe ...takes medicine out of formulary for better deals with other drug manufactuers ... Denies payments to providers leaving me with the bill ... I hear Jefferson took over and now its nothing but bean counters running the place. Used to be a great compant when it ws Amerihealth Mercy .... Now the only Mercy there is is to upper managemnt and shareholders

I needed a major knee surgery and the only place I could get it was at Boston sport medicine. My knee took me out of my job and this health insurance would not allow me to get my surgery. Kept giving me the run around. Call this number which was a number for doctors only not insurance member.s so now I ha e been out of work for over a year due to fighting with them for 6 months. I reported them to medical and than cha get my insurance to to wellsense. I have gotten that surgery with the new insurance AMF I can now walk with out help. Do not use amerihealth. They hate are the worst

Please check on Rosita Santiago to ensure she is doing her work! She tends to mess around with peoples husbands during business hours and starts falling short on her real work duties.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company has a wonderful mission statement. But they don't live up to it. As an employee it is a bit of a nightmarish scenario. I also took their insurance and used to receive regular mails with new cards and changed policy documents. The changes were to intimate me that several coverages were either reduced in scope or increased in terms of premium. Yes you would think otherwise right. My neighbors also had their insurance and for them too it was a similar scenario. Don't know about you but as a sane member of the community, I would stay away from this place or their insurance products.

I wouldn’t say this is an awful place to work, however the better areas to work are the ones where you clearly have a valuable role, otherwise menial operation department jobs will stress you... then dispose of you due to lack of competency in management. Nepotism is very alive depending on who you are under, thus making this not the ideal place to grow. I’d advise anyone who is looking to work here to just do your research, and don’t stand for anything. Not a company who values you, like they say, I developed severe GAD and onset depression from how they treat you here.

The worst customer service and policy holders in the USA. They are saying I am past due and I a not a policy holder with them. Get it together and stop messing with people’s lives and credit. Do not use this company if you have a choice!

Despite calling and verifying three different times about a surgery, they still refused to pay and stuck me with the bill.
