Highly recommend !!! They did our entire house for new vinyl floors and our stair runner. They did an awesome job installing and everyone was so nice and helpful. Jim was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and made this very overwhelming process easy and made sure everything went smoothly!

We are super pleased that we decided to work with Taylor Flooring (Jim) on new flooring for our downstairs. They have a great selection of different flooring and Jim was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They walked me through what needed to be done in what order (had new kitchen put in/moved walls etc at same time). After looking at multiple dealers in the area, it was an easy decision to work with Jim (Taylor Flooring) and we're super pleased with how everything worked out.

Terrific customer service all the way around! Peter was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. They installed a new kitchen floor and runner. He listened to our needs and the job was completed with no issues. It was a pleasant experience and will recommend for any further flooring projects....

The installation was done in a professional manner. The room was left clean and all furniture was put back to original locations. Yesterday I had a stair runner installed and the two technicians did an absolutely beautiful job. The morning started with a little hitch with the layout so they had to leave to make some changes with the runner but they returned quickly and made me a priority which I am very grateful for. The final installation was more than I could have imagined. I love it and I love these guys who did an amazing job and truly cared about my satisfaction.

Taylor flooring installed a carpet runner in my house and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone was very helpful at the store. The store had a large selection. Nobody pressured me to buy, which I appreciated. I was able to borrow samples and take home with no issue. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable and we were able to choose the perfect carpet and stay within budget. The measuring and installation was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality carpet, professional installation, and great service!

Wow!! I recently was in the market for carpeting in a couple rooms in my house. We walked into Taylor Flooring and were greeted by Peter. His customer service and dedication to making sure we made the best decision for our needs. Explaining the difference in types of carpet, showing the difference is looks from carpet in a display to laying it down on the floor to see the difference. He took his time and there was no pressure to buy. They just installed the carpet and it is exactly what they promised. The installers were prompt and polite. They vacuumed and took all the old carpet with them. Again, Wow!! Thanks to the whole team at Taylor Flooring!!

We are currently renovating our entire house and was in need of flooring. Taylor Flooring came HIGHLY recommended from my best friend. We went to the store and the staff is so knowledgeable about every type of flooring product out there. I had so many questions / concerns and they were so patient with me and answered everything. I was told which flooring would be good for our lifestyle, and which type of flooring might not hold up well. They installed all 2,200sq ft of my flooring in 1 day so we weren't put out. I cannot say enough good things about this store.

I’m surprised Taylor doesn’t have a ton of reviews yet, bc they offer the best honest and quality service from the moment you walk into their store! they installed our hardwood flooring in the foyer, dining room , living room and kitchen. Pricing is more than fair. And that combined with the personal service handily beats any giant chain store out there. I recommend them highly.

This is where you want to shop for flooring. Fancy or basic, they have it! And Jim and team are knowledgeable pros. Beautiful selection of luxe flooring plus the standard stuff you need for a rental, etc. I shopped around to five places, got estimates from three and Taylor was all around the best (product, service, measure, installation). Highly recommend.

I purchased and had Luxury Vinyl Tile installed. Great in store shopping experience, rapid follow up, excellent installation by professional and courteous installers. They even drove an hour away for the install. I’ll shop there again.
