Our 100+year old home needed a complete roof replacement. The job was seamless from the very first meeting with Aaron to completion.
Aaron provided a clear and honest evaluation and scheduled the job quickly.
Foreman Juan and the roofers were always on time, very hard workers, and displayed fantastic teamwork. Juan debriefed at the end of everyday and his professionalism carried through to the entire crew.
After completion everything was left so clean it was if they weren't even here!

Tom Leach Roofing recently replaced the roof on my house and I would highly recommend them. They were very responsive to my questions about their bid and kept me informed as the project progressed. The crew that did the work was very professional and did a great job of cleaning the site each day and explaining the status of the work. They removed the old shingles without damaging any lawn areas or vegetation around the house. They willingly agreed to some changes in the scope of work during the project. I would definitely hire them if I had another roofing project.

I scheduled an appointment to get a quote on my roof. I knew the roof was in bad shape and was going to need a complete overhaul. They got me scheduled right away, showed up on time for the inspection and explained their findings and recommendations. They did not try and up sell me and were very transparent. This is the first time I’ve needed to replace the roof on my house and I was anxious about it. Tom Leach Roofing went above and beyond to make the entire process as painless as possible. When Aaron visited to look at the property and write up a quote, he was prepared in advance with details about my roof. He answered all of my questions and followed up within a day with a reasonable quote for the job. It was comparable to other highly-rated roofing companies I’d looked at. The work was expected to take 3 or 4 days. The crew worked efficiently and got it done in 3, while maintaining a high quality of work. The crew foreman Juan was friendly and answered questions I had during their workday. I was also pleased with how thoroughly they cleaned up my property after the work was done. I did not find a single nail or other sharp object in my driveway! I was left very impressed with how Tom Leach Roofing does their work from start to finish.

They sent several people out to work on my roof, so the work was completed quickly. This was important to me, because roofing is noisy, and I didn't have to live with the noise as long as I had feared. They showed up promptly and cleaned up thoroughly.
Aaron addressed all of my concerns before work began; Juan, the crew foreman, communicated well with me while the roofing was proceeding.. I would recommend Tom Leach Roofing to anyone.

Excellent process end to end! The estimator was awesome at laying out options and recommendations for some repairs due to dryrot. The construction team was courteous, efficient and very diligent about daily cleanup.... we have a dog and worried about nails wood, etc, the team would drag a magnet around the yard daily to make sure there were no nails or debris. They discovered some additional repairs once the roof was torn off and managed to complete without any additional fees. This is not the cheapest roofer in town, a few extra dollars is certainly merited with their overall work is a great value, would hire again!

We had a great experience with Tom Leach Roofing. They replaced our leaking garage roof and fixed the water damage around the problem area. From the estimate through the work on the project they were always on time, hard working, considerate, and communicated well. I also really appreciated how they cleaned up every day and at the end my driveway and patio were cleaner than when they started!

Tom leach Roofing removed 3 layers of shingles (including the original cedar shingles!), and installed new plywood decking installed with new shingles and two skylights on my 1930 bungalow.

Daniel and his crew did an excellent job - the work was fast, professional, and high quality. They took a great deal of extra care to make sure that no nails or debris were left behind at the end of the day. And they did all of that with a smile, even though they were doing the job in 35°F December weather.

The shingle products they install are environmentally-friendly shingles made locally with recycled materials by a local company.

Our family has had Tom Leach roof two houses. The first one was my parents' house in the early 2000s; the most recent one was my home in October of 2019. Our experience was that the estimator listened to us, and added our special requests (remove old skylights, stainless steel valleys to match the chimney flashing) without complaint; and the crew is diligent and personable, they cleaned up the grounds well, and they listened to suggestions. My wife baked them a cake on the last day. Our roof looks great; unfortunately, it makes our old paint look terrible. Guess we will tackle that next year.

Tom Leach Roofing re-roofed our house, 21 years after they did the original job. At the time, Aaron, now the owner, was one of the roofers. Aaron's crew, led by Juan, did an extraordinarily professional job on a hard roof (old house, steep pitch, curved roof...). They took great care not to damage plants, cleaned up immaculately at end of every work day, did some extra minor patchwork gratis... Everything done on time, right, good value (a quote essentially as low as the others we received, but we selected based on quality of previous job. Highly recommend!

Tom Leach Roofing did a great job from start to finish. Our job included stripping two existing roofs and installing a new roof. The president, Aaron, was pleasant to talk with and attentive to detail. The roofers led by foreman Juan were incredibly hard working, very skilled, and demonstrated impressive teamwork. They gave us a daily progress report and shared their plans for the next workday. When they were finished with the roof, they cleaned everything up including the gutters, yard, driveway and patio. We highly recommend the Tom Leach Roofing team! Their estimate was right in line with other estimates we got, but we went with them because the estimate included precise details about every step of the process from tear off, replacement, to clean up. Other estimates seemed a little vague about some of the details, which made me wonder if things that should be part of a roof replacement were included. They sent photos of the job as it was being done, and when it was complete, which was great, as it's pretty hard to see what the top of your roof looks like. They also got the job done super fast, and our property looked cleaner than it did before they came.
