Dr Massos is kind and intelligent and you can tell she really loves animals.
The staff is very friendly and informative.
And I was charged thousands less then quoted from other offices .

I went to get medication for 1 of my 2 dogs & you would think it be a friendly, easy,quick experience.. Hardly huge hour & 15 min ordeal!!! Someone wrote his chart wrong & said they had no record of my dog getting it there in Dec but found I did get it there in June. Talked to 3 people before the Office Manager decided to get involved. Well her attitude was enough to almost walk out but my dog is suffering & been saying that to everyone. So after going back & forth for about 15mins she went in the back after telling me “ sit down & I ll see if a doctor will approve ear drops & apoquel (dog) has allergies. Well after almost an hour I asked for someone to check on it they came out & said “ Manager said doctors have patients & still too busy for her to ask a simple question.” I asked for her boss & the 4 front desk girls said “she is the biggest boss no one over her” Pathetic if she’s it, not very dog friendly was any of the staff from what I saw but miraculously when I said “ever hear of secret shopper” & Dr Masso will here about this 1 min later I had everything I needed. This place is very money hungry & could care less about making us satisfied without a fight, & spite & make you wait until they almost close to give what your pet needs.
