We had been putting off a necessary plumbing job for awhile not having any clue who to call that we could trust to do a good job at a reasonable rate. Finally I decided to do some research. All good reviews for Mike Mason's company lead us to him. We couldn't have been more pleased. Expert, beautiful work. Ease of obtaining estimate. Professional, respectful work ethic. Price of job came in at price quoted. They are so skilled they were in and out in no time. Only regret is that we didn't call sooner!

Mike completed the plumbing job for my new bathroom. Of all the quotes I received, his was the most fair. He did a great job on my bathroom as well as installing my hot water heater and fixing my outside plumbing with updated pipes and shutoff valve. He was always responsive when I called, and if he does not answer, he got back to me within 24 hours. When I first needed a plumber a few years ago it was really difficult to find one I can trust and Mike has always been direct and honest with me which I appreciate.

Mike did a great job replacing my faucet. I called him on Easter Sunday and he answered. He came out the next day. The work was great quality and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend his services.

Mike arrived at our house early, which was welcome bc we had no water heater. I had inquired about options for water heating and he explained the most sensible and cost affective options clearly. Mike had our heater installed that same day. He was extremely understanding and friendly and we will absolutely be calling in the future for plumbing services.

Full Disclosure - Mike and I are related. I have great respect for the person he is and that fact that he is a hard working, responsible, and honest mechanic is just an added bonus. Mike has done multiple jobs at my home and has always been straight forward with the cost of repairs. He is reliable, and as others mention, returns messages promptly. There are only a few contractors that I would recommend to my friends. Mike is definitely one of those that I would not hesitate to give his name out.

Installed a water line for our new fridge. Mike did a great job and finished everything fairly quick. He gave great insight and advice during the install. Very fair pricing as well!

After attempting to install a new kitchen sink faucet I accidentally broke the drain pipe going into the craw space of my home. That evening I sent M D Mason an email about my situation. Early the next morning Mike called me to let me know was able to come and give me a quote that day. Mike called throughout the morning to give me a status on when he was going to be coming. Mike arrived right when right on time and was able to quickly assess the damage. He give me a quote on the repair, and did not waste my time giving me presentations on his work, like have receive from some of those other big name companies. Mike's price seamed fair for work that was need. I agreed to the quote and off he went to get replacement parts. Mike made quick work of the repair and did an excellent job of respecting my home by completely cleaning up. I will definitely be calling Mike again if I need help or break something again.

Mike fixed 2 plumbing issues in my home (no hot water in 1 bathroom & broken garbage disposal). He was quick in responding to me, booked quickly, assessed the problems & even bought the parts from Home Depot. He even looked at my hot water heaters to give a qualified opinion on their longevity. His pricing is fair & I'd call him up again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We have used MD Mason for multiple things at our home from a bathroom renno to simple faucet repair. He is always respectful, has good communication, and does great work for a reasonable price. Always gives tips to keep things from needing repair again. Honesty at its best.

Mike replaced some piping and two rusted valves on our bathroom sink. We called him on Thursday 5pm he was here at 8:00 am Friday. His work was fast, very professional and tidy. On top of that Mike is a nice guy.

This is the independent plumbing contractor you want to hire. I had a bad leak from my main water supply line shut off valve. No joke, right? Mike and I first spoke at 10 am and he was finished with this repair, another shut off valve installed and a correction to my hot water heater supply line all by 4:30 pm, the same day! All done beautifully. I cannot say enough good things ... he is a 'dream come true' plumber.

Mike Mason is reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. When you're not handy at all like me, those things are invaluable.
