Chris Hughes is the best physical therapist I’ve had. In three sessions we’ve fixed 80% of the back issues I’ve had over the last two years- primarily using a breathing exercises to help mobilize my thoracic spine. She is articulate and clear at explaining her methods and your treatment plan. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

I've used Advance Sports and Spine Therapy for two issues over the past 8 years. I've been very pleased with the thoughtfulness and care that has been provided me. Noel was my therapist.

This is my second round of physical therapy for a long term and persistent lower back problem. After only 3 visits, I have had significant improvement from their care. Noel uses a significantly different approach to relieving the lower back pain almost immediately and provides stretching and strengthening exercises for long term repairs of lower back. Their approach is significantly different than my previous experience with other physical therapy clinics.

Addy and Megan are wonderful. They work patiently with you and figure out a plan that works best for you! Plus we do do have many laughs!

Very professional approach to various types of therapy. Never wait for appointments, receptionist (Linda) extremely attentive to patients needs. Christine is my therapist, and she is an unbelievably good listener and thorough in her treatments. Raises one’s expectations to address their issues, and builds confidence along the way. Chris Hughes is an exceptional physical therapy specialist. I’m an older guy and we have issues pertaining to urinating several times at night. After a few weeks, and I was urinating 1 to 2 times a night! No drugs ,no surgery, just some simple exercises with magnificent results. Im currently having them work on another issue in my pelvic floor region.

Noel Tenoso is extremely knowledgeable and effective with his physical therapy treatments for my neck and back conditions. I am getting ongoing pain relief without any drugs, and I highly recommend him.

After trying various gyms, physical therapy modalities, doctors, chiropractic varieties and tests, I was fortunate to be referred to Advance Sport and Spine where I learned so much and saw improvements I never imagined I could achieve. For anyone who is in pain, not sure what is wrong, what to do, I highly recommend seeking the professional, empathetic care of Advance Sports and Spine Therapy--- don't let the name make you think you have to be an athlete .... but, if your experience is anything at all like mine, you will want to move more, pain-free, with good range of motion. When I first came, I had see my own primary care doctor, tried the ER due to extreme pain, a physical therapist within walking distance of my home (because it was too painful to drive), a chiropractor-- both of the last two for at least 4 -6 weeks with little to no relief. The diagnostic exercises I was given at Advance Sports and Spine Therapy were exactly what I needed. I have a quick, simple daily routine that keeps me fit. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

The pain on my right buttocks was in the 8-9 range, and an hour later, I walked out walking freely with so much less pain. I was

Amazing PT office. I have never found PT helpful before, and felt worse after appointments. This office has been an entirely different experience. Noel listens, advises supporting activities (yoga or Pilates places that offered on-line classes during convide and specifically focused on people with injuries), and my exercises are simple, quick and effective. Lovely office staff and experience overall. I highly recommend even if West Linn/Wilsonville are a trek for you!

I love Advance Sports! I’ve been seen several times over the years and always have had great results! I love that I am greeted warmly and treated with respect and compassion. My knees, which are over seventy years old like the rest of me, have gradually become stiff, achy and overall grumpy. To carry groceries or walk steps had become pretty painful work. Now though, only three sessions in, my experiment with physical therapy at Advance Sports and Spine is paying great dividends. My therapist, Kristen, is knowledgeable, professional and yet approachable and a good listener/observer. Learnings from my sessions with Kristen have already brought me a long way back to strength in my legs and my core, to better posture, and to joy in my ordinary activities.
