My experience at Smart Park was five stars! It was a quick trip to the airport in a large multi-seater van with elevated ceilings so we made our flight with no problems. Coming back, a quick phone call and a quick wait at the shuttle stop, brought Edwin, our very courteous and friendly driver. He insisted on safety first and asked that we all buckle up, and then five to ten minutes later we were back at our cars. I highly recommend Smart Park!

Flawless experience from start to finish. We checked other lots, and the prices were crazy. We are so happy we went with Smart Park. We were picked up as soon as we parked our car in the lot and had a nice smooth transfer to the airport. We ended up having to stay another day past our original reservation, so I called to let them know, and the woman who answered the phone was so nice. Pick up from the airport was a breeze, we called the number and in less than 10 minutes a van was there to pick us up. Customer service was great. Every single employee we spoke to was pleasant and professional. We will definitely be using Smart Park again.

Smart Park made our trip very easy. Our car was safe, all of the staff very friendly. To the airport, the van was there waiting for us to park and then when we returned, the van picked us up within 10 minutes. Smoothest parking experience I've had at the airport.

Our recent experience with Park Smart was fantastic! I was looking for an alternative to the Philly Airport Economy lot—I never had a problem using that lot but I didn’t know if it was still as easy as it had been years ago. I found Smart Park via a google search and I called with some questions at 10:30pm the night before our flight. The woman who picked up was polite and outgoing and answered all my questions; I was sold! I booked with Smart Park as soon as I hung up. When we arrived at the lot the next morning, a shuttle was there waiting for us and another family. The shuttle driver, who was also great, took our bags and we were off to the airport. When we returned to Philly five days later, we called Smart Park, I gave them my name and terminal, they told us where to wait, and a shuttle picked us up in less than 5 minutes! We were dropped of right at our car. Their lot is secure, their staff was awesome, and I’ll be certain to use them again. Thank you!

Prices at the Airport were hiked too high. I tried Smart Park on the advise of a colleague. These people are five star. They answer the Phone, they answer your questions. They are on time. The transfer Buses are new clean and they don't jar your spine to and from the Airport. It's too bad they don't run the Country - it might work. Will definitely use again. Thank you all.

My first and only experience (to date) was excellent. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and they quickly got me to the gate for departure and picked me up within minutes from the baggage claim area upon arrival. The parking area appears safe and free of debris, with the parking attendant friendly and efficient.

This was my first time using SmartPark and to say it was easy and convenient is an understatement. Pulled right into the parking area, scanned my reservation QR code, parked, and was on a shuttle all within 5 minutes. Dropped off right at the terminal I needed no issues at all.
Coming back, again so easy and convenient. Once I had my luggage, went to the pick up spot, called the shuttle (all info was on the card provided), and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Check out was easy and clear, again using the reservation QR code. I will definitely be using them again!

We always use Smart Park! We are driving from the West, it is easy to get to and find the lot. The staff is friendly and prompt. We never have to wait for a shuttle to take us from the lot to the airport on departure, which is such a peace-of-mind when we have been rushing all morning to get to the airport. Their lot is a very short drive to the airport. Upon return, the shuttle is very speedy to pick up and take us back to our car. The shuttles are bright green, so they are hard to miss and each parking lot has a unique name, which is kinda fun.

We've used them several times now. Every time, a van was already waiting for us in the lot to take us to the airport. When we called to be picked up, it was never a long wait. The drivers are courteous, and the person at the exit booth is always very nice. And my wife loves getting the smarties candies after a long flight.

Great experience with smart park. Edwin picked us up when we arrived back at the airport. He was friendly and informative. Even the lady that took our payment was super friendly. Would highly recommend.

Parking was very easy and they were very quick with getting us to the airport. The return could not have been easier. Edwin was our return driver and was awesome. They were prompt, friendly and fairly priced. I have my new 'go to' offsite parking company.

Always have had a great experience with Smart Park… no matter whether I’m driving or riding with others. No hassle, excellent communication, fair rates. The vans for pickup are always clean and the drivers are friendly and professional.

This was the second time I used them - had the same experience. Easy online reservation process - no hidden charges. The people are friendly, the vans are nicer than some other services, got picked up in a timely manner from the airport, their service is more affordable than others. Overall, good experiences so far. Will use them again.

This place is an expert in Logistics. Their shuttle service is prompt, communicative and their drivers know their way around the airport. Edwin was especially great with our Airport pickup. The place was jammed in traffic, yet we only had to wait 10 min for him to get us on the Shuttle and we were back at our car 10 min later. I recommend this over any other parking lot. Don't even waste your time on an Uber.

From making reservation to dropping car off to being picked up and dropped at gate for flight to being picked up on our return it was so easy , professional , and made you feel very comfortable

SmartPark is a very easy and fast service to use for parking. Everyone was friendly. It was a very short wait time to get shuttled back to your car. I will definitely be using this parking service again.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a parking lot, but our experience with Smart Park was exceptional. Our drivers in both directions were friendly, compent and courteous. So were the people working at the office/booth. Pick-up and drop-off required zero wait time. Zero. The van going to the airport left as soon as I parked my car. Upon our return, the van was already at the terminal. Just lucky? Perhaps. Still, a great experience.

We've used Smart Park for a number of years now and the staff is always super friendly and helpful, but one of the drivers went above and beyond for us during our last trip. We arrived back right after a big snow storm had hit the night before and Edwin, our driver, dropped us off at our car and fully cleared off all the snow that had accumulated on it for us! After a long day of traveling with many flight delays it was just the nicest gesture and we are so appreciative. Thanks Edwin!!
